“以学校发展教育,以教育复兴祖国”——李登辉在复旦大学的实用主义教育思想与实践

【摘要】：李登辉校长是近代复旦大学的重要奠基人。长期以来学术界对他的关注不够。本论文的研究认为,李登辉秉持"以学校发展教育,以教育复兴祖国"的理念,在执掌复旦的二十多年里,坚持走实用主义办学道路,大力开设应用性课程,注重培养学生独立思考的精神和实际工作的能力,塑造"团结、服务、牺牲"的复旦精神,带领复旦大学度过步履维艰的初创时期,为复旦大学日后发展成为我国著名的研究型大学奠定了坚实的基础。正确认识和评价李登辉校长的历史贡献,可为我国当代大学尤其是私立大学的发展提供一些有益启示。
[Abstract]:President Lee Teng-hui is an important founder of Fudan University in modern times. Academic circles have not paid enough attention to him for a long time. The research of this paper holds that Lee Teng-hui adheres to the concept of "developing education with schools and reviving the motherland with education". In the past 20 years in charge of Fudan, Lee Teng-hui has adhered to the road of pragmatism in running schools, vigorously offered applied courses, paid attention to cultivating students' spirit of independent thinking and practical work, shaped the Fudan spirit of "unity, service, sacrifice," and led Fudan University through the difficult start-up period. It has laid a solid foundation for Fudan University to become a famous research university in China in the future. A correct understanding and evaluation of President Lee Teng-hui's historical contribution can provide some useful enlightenment for the development of contemporary universities, especially private universities in China.
