供给侧视域下翻译硕士研究生培养调查报告

翻译硕士自2007年成立以来,在我国已经经历了十几年的发展。在过去的十几年的发展过程中,翻译硕士取得了丰厚的成绩,同时也面临着诸多的挑战。尤其是在习近平总书记提出“一带一路”倡议之后,我国的翻译事业已经由文化引进时代转变成中国文化外译时代,对于高级翻译人才的需求大大增加,翻译硕士专业作为我国翻译人才的供给单位在新时代下要承担起新的历史任务。本文通过梳理过去十几年翻译硕士培养相关研究中专家学者所取得的丰富成果,以及西方学术界对于翻译培训所做出的积极努力,发现并提出国内翻译硕士培养研究工作中,少有专家注意到市场需求对于翻译硕士培养的指导作用。笔者在此基础上,引入了政治经济学理论--供给侧结构改革理论,来解释和说明翻译硕士培养单位作为高级翻译人才的供给方需要进行多方面改革来适应市场需要,即供给侧根据需求侧的要求进行一定程度的调整与改变。在供给侧结构改革的理论基础上,笔者设计了调查问卷,问卷包含46个问题,主要涉及五个大的方面,分别是译员的基本信息,工作状况,进修培训情况,译员对所接受的大学教育的满意度和计算机辅助翻译技术。问卷通过网络进行传播并通过问卷星平台进行数据的回收,此后通过问卷星平台上...
