网络公开课视频资源应用现状及对策探讨

【摘要】:世界高等教育的不断发展过程中出现了许多理念,网络公开课的发展事实上是伴随着高等教育资源公平化的思想产生的。麻省理工学院是开放课件项目的启动,将课程视频、教学计划等课程资源发布在其课程主页,免费提供给网络上的学习者使用,拉开了网络公开课程的序幕,MIT OCW的开放共享的教育理念对世界教育的发展产生了极大的影响,很多的国家、大学和教育机构受其理念的影响和鼓励下,纷纷加了开放课件运动形成了世界范围的开放教育资源运动。开放教育资源运动是教育理念和计算机网络技术、多媒体技术、计算机通信技术等相互影响、相互作用、相互发展的结果。 国际名校网络公开课在国内的流行,国内各大商业门户网站的视频专区和在线视频网站纷纷开设网络公开课板块。在全球氛围开放教育的带动下,国内更加重视开放教育课程资源的作用,积极构建学习型社会、推动教育网络化和精品课程的建设。 论文通过对开放教育资源运动进行的调研和梳理,对MIT OCW、国家网络精品课程和网络公开课的相关文献进行分析,分析视频公开课资源在各大门户网站与在线视频网站的分布与共享现状。以问卷调查的形式,分析和总结网络公开课视频资源的应用现状。根据网络公开课视频调研和应用中出现的问题,对公开课视频的拍摄与制作策略分析,设计和开发网络视频公开课微视频在线分段播放器。论文主要研究的内容包括以下几个方面: (1)开放教育资源运动的发展史的研究; (2)公开课视频在各大视频网站分布和共享研究; (3)分析网络视频公开课的应用现状和存在的问题; (4)网络公开课拍摄与制作的策略研究; (5)公开课视频在线分段播放器的设计与开发。 论文研究价值在于对现有教育视频在播放过程存在的问题进行分析,在分析的基础上,设计更适用的公开课视频播放工具并开发工具原型,开发的原型为视频分段播放器。视频分段播放器在前台使用,将视频分割成为很多具有完整知识点的微型视频片段。学习者网络在观看视频的时候,不需要从头至尾的完整地观看视频内容,而是根据自己需要,选择相应视频片段内容进行观看学习,节约学习的时间成本。
[Abstract]:In the process of the development of higher education in the world, there are many ideas. The development of network open course is accompanied by the thought of equalizing the resources of higher education. MIT is the launch of the Open Courseware Program, which publishes course resources such as course videos, teaching plans, etc., on its course home page, free of charge to learners on the Internet. The concept of open and shared education of OCW has had a great impact on the development of education in the world. Many countries, universities and educational institutions have been influenced and encouraged by their ideas. One after another, the open courseware movement has formed a worldwide movement of open education resources. The movement of open education resources is the result of the mutual influence, interaction and development of educational concept and computer network technology, multimedia technology, computer communication technology, etc. With the popularity of online open courses in international famous schools, the video zones and online video websites of domestic major commercial portals have set up online open courses one after another. Driven by the global atmosphere of open education, China pays more attention to the role of curriculum resources in open education, actively constructs a learning society, and promotes the construction of educational networking and quality courses. The paper analyzes the literature of MIT owl, National Network excellent course and online Open course through the investigation and combing of the open education resources movement. This paper analyzes the distribution and sharing status of video open course resources in various web portals and online video websites. In the form of questionnaire, the paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the application of online open course video resources. According to the problems in the research and application of the online open class video, this paper analyzes the shooting and making strategy of the open class video, and designs and develops the online segment player of the micro video segment of the network video open lesson. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: 1) the history of the development of the movement of open education resources; (2) Research on the distribution and sharing of open course videos in various video websites; 3) analyzing the application status and existing problems of the network video open course; 4) the strategy research of shooting and making network open class; 5) Design and development of video online segmenting player. The research value of this paper lies in the analysis of the problems existing in the current educational video playing process. On the basis of the analysis, the more suitable video playback tools for open class are designed and the prototype of the tools is developed, the prototype of which is the video segmenting player. Video Segmentation player is used in the foreground to divide the video into a lot of micro video clips with complete knowledge. The learner network does not need to watch the video content from beginning to end, but chooses the corresponding video segment content to watch and learn according to their own needs, which saves the time cost of learning.
