河北省中青年公务员心理健康状况分析与对策

【摘要】:一、研究目的: 1.描述当前河北省中青年公务员心理健康状况。 2.比较不同级别、性别、年龄、学历、工龄的公务员的心理健康状况,分析影响河北省中青年公务员心理健康的相关因素。 3.提出河北省中青年公务员心理健康调适的对策。 二、对象与方法: 按照不同级别、性别、年龄、学历、工龄分层随机抽取河北省省直部门,石家庄、邢台、邯郸、保定、廊坊、秦皇岛、承德、张家口、衡水、沧州十个市的市直部门,石家庄、邢台、邯郸、衡水四市下属的县(市)区、街道办、县乡的中青年公务员作为研究对象。被抽取的公务员主要来自河北省省、市、县、乡四级党委、政府、人大等部门,共抽取600名公务员作为调查对象,收回问卷560份,问卷回收率为93.33%,其中有效问卷539份,有效率96.25%。 2.调查表内容:基本资料、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)。 3.数据录入与统计分析:所有调查资料用EXCEL录入分析,并采用SPSS18.0统计软件包进行统计学分析。使用的统计方法包括描述性统计分析、t检验、方差分析。 三、结果 1.河北省中青年公务员心理健康状况 将河北省中青年公务员SCL-90量表的得分情况与国内常模的进行比较发现,河北省中青年公务员在躯体化、精神病性、睡眠三个方面略高于国内常模,强迫、敌对两项与国内常模持平,人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执五项低于国内常模。 2.发现少数自觉症状严重者。自觉在中度到相当重之间程度的受访者比例为:躯体化2.4.%、强迫3.7%、人际关系敏感2%、抑郁2%、焦虑0.6%、敌对3.3%、恐怖0.2%、偏执1.9%、精神病性0.9.%,睡眠2.4%。 3.不同级别单位的得分情况进行比较发现市级单位的中青年公务员在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、睡七项症状中的表现高于省级及县级单位; 4.不同级别职称的数据分析显示,科员及正科级别心理健康问题最严重,副处级别最轻。 5.根据不同学历的数据分析结果显示,高中中专学历在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、恐怖四项平均得分最高;大专学历在敌对、偏执两项症状得分最高;本科学历在人际关系敏感、焦虑、精神病性、睡眠四项症状得分最高。 6.根据不同性别比较结果显示,除恐怖症状两者持平之外,其余九项男性的表现症状全部高于女性,并且躯体化、强迫两项症状得分高于国内常模。说明男性公务员所承受的心理压力高于女性公务员。 7.不同年龄阶段分组,比较结果发现20-29岁组强迫、恐怖、敌对、精神病性四项项症状最严重;40-49组在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、偏执、睡眠五项症状水平最高。 8.根据不同工作年限比较结果显示,工作年限1-9年组人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、偏执四项得分最高,但低于国内常模;强迫、敌对、精神病性、睡眠四项症状得分最高,且超过国内常模水平。40-49岁组躯体化症状最明显,其它各项平均得分均低于国内常模。 9.影响河北省中青年公务员心理健康的相关因素:一是社会和文化影响因素。包括社会的发展进步对公务员提出了更高的要求、公务员制度改革和政府职能转变对公务员心理产生影响以及传统文化的负面影响。二是职业特点的相关因素。包括职业特点决定了工作压力大、上升通道狭窄以及人际关系的复杂。三是公务员自身因素的影响包括.公务员自身能力和知识结构的影响以及生活压力的影响。四是缺乏心理健康知识及自我调适手段。包括个人心理健康知识的缺乏,有关部门对公务员心理健康问题重视不够。 9.通过分析影响河北省中青年公务员心理健康的相关因素,提出如下建议:一是个人层面:了解和掌握心理健康知识,增强自我心理调适能力;正确认识心理学、心理问题和心理治疗;培养良好情绪,调整心态;提升人际交往能力,改善人际关系;正确处理心理压力。二是单位层面:建议在公务员招录考试中加入心理健康测试内容;设立心理咨询机构、网站,开展心理治疗、危机干预;开展体育运动,提高健康水平。三是社会层面:加强正确的舆论引导,提倡积极向上的价值观、心态,营造健康氛围;.畅通公务员与普通民众沟通的渠道、桥梁,使他们相互理解,,互相体谅。
[Abstract]:I . Research purposes :
1 . Describe the mental health status of middle - aged and young civil servants in Hebei Province .
2 . To compare the mental health status of civil servants with different grades , genders , ages , educational background and working age , and analyze the related factors which affect the mental health of the civil servants in Hebei Province .
3 . To put forward the countermeasures of mental health adjustment of middle - aged and young civil servants in Hebei Province .
II . Object and Method :
According to different grades , gender , age , educational background and working age , the provincial and direct departments of Hebei Province , Shijiazhuang , Xingtai , Handan , Baoding , Langfang , Qinhuangdao , ChengDu , Zhang Jia , Xingtai , Handan , Hengshui and four levels of Party committees , government departments , people ' s congresses and other departments have been taken as the research objects . The total recovery rate is 93.33 % . Among them , the effective questionnaires are 539 and the effective rate is 96.25 % .
2 . Questionnaire contents : basic information , 90 self - rating scale ( SCL - 90 ) .
3 . Data entry and statistical analysis : All survey data were recorded by Excel and analyzed by SPSS 18.0 . The statistical methods used include descriptive statistical analysis , t test and variance analysis .
III . Results
1 . Mental health status of middle - aged and young civil servants in Hebei Province
Compared with domestic norm , the scores of SCL - 90 and domestic norm of middle - aged and young civil servants in Hebei province were compared with those of domestic norm .
2 . It was found that the proportion of those with moderate to significant degree was somatization 2.4 . % , forced 3.7 % , interpersonal sensitivity 2 % , depression 2 % , anxiety 0.6 % , hostility 3.3 % , terror 0.2 % , paranoid 1.9 % , psychosis 0.9 . % , sleep 2.4 % .
3 . The scores of different level units were compared , and the performance of middle - aged and young civil servants in municipal units was higher than that in provincial and county level in somatization , interpersonal sensitivity , depression , anxiety , hostility , paranoid and sleep .
4 . Data analysis at different levels shows that the mental health problems are the most serious , and the grade level is not the lightest .
5 . According to the data analysis of different educational background , the average score of secondary secondary college degree in somatization , compulsion , depression and terror is the highest ;
The junior college degree has the highest score in the two symptoms of hostility and paranoid .
The bachelor ' s calendar has the highest scores in interpersonal sensitivity , anxiety , psychosis and sleep .
6 . According to the comparative results of different sex , the symptoms of the remaining nine men were all higher than those of female , and the scores of somatization and compulsion were higher than those in the domestic norm . The psychological pressure of male civil servants was higher than that of female civil servants .
7 . At different age groups , the results showed that the symptoms of obsessive - compulsive , terror , hostility and psychosis were the most serious in the 20 - 29 year - old group .
In the 40 - 49 group , five symptoms were highest in somatization , interpersonal sensitivity , depression , paranoid and sleep .
8 . According to the results of different working years , the results showed that the scores of interpersonal sensitivity , anxiety , terror and paranoid were the highest in the group of 1 - 9 years , but lower than that of domestic norm ;
The scores of obsessive - compulsive , hostility , psychosis and sleep were the highest , and more than the domestic norm . The somatization symptoms of the 40 - 49 year - old group were the most obvious , and the other average scores were lower than those of the domestic norm .
9 . The related factors that affect the mental health of the civil servants in Hebei Province are the social and cultural influence factors , including the higher demands of the development of society , the influence of the reform of the civil service system and the transformation of government functions on the psychology of civil servants and the negative impact of traditional culture .
9 . By analyzing the factors that affect the mental health of middle - aged and young civil servants in Hebei Province , the following suggestions are put forward : one is the personal level : understanding and mastering the knowledge of mental health and enhancing the ability of self - psychological adjustment ;
Correct understanding of psychology , psychological problems and psychotherapy ;
cultivate a good mood and adjust the mindset ;
improve interpersonal skills and improve interpersonal relationship ;
To deal with the psychological stress correctly . The second is the unit level : it is suggested to add mental health test content to the civil servant recruitment examination ;
Establishment of psychological consultation institutions , websites , psychological treatment and crisis intervention ;
Carrying out sports and improving the health level . Third is the social dimension : strengthen the correct guidance of public opinion , promote positive values , mentality and create a healthy atmosphere ;
and the like . Open the channels and bridges between civil servants and ordinary people so that they understand each other and understand each other .
