【摘要】：作者从1997年至2001年在上海教科院普教所担任所长,文章回顾了许多科研人员的人品、学识、业绩,并着重叙述了几段印象深刻的经历和感悟:上海教育科研的三级网络建设;幼教、家教和心理辅导研究的发展;德育和特殊教育研究领域的开拓;青年科研人员的培养和所领导班子的团结协作。
[Abstract]:From 1997 to 2001, the author served as the director of the Institute of popular Education in Shanghai Educational Science Research Institute. The article reviewed the personality, knowledge and achievements of many researchers, and emphatically described several impressive experiences and insights: the construction of a three-level network of educational research in Shanghai; The development of preschool education, tutoring and psychological counseling research; the development of moral education and special education research; the training of young scientific research personnel; and the unity and cooperation of the leading groups.
