高中生学业情绪及其与生活事件、应对方式的关系

【摘要】:学业情绪是学生在学业环境下所有情绪体验总称。它不但受学业情境的影响,而且也受到学业之外的生活事件、应对方式的影响①。学业情绪是学校心理健康教育的重要内容之一,近年来,逐渐成为学生情绪研究的热点问题之一。 本研究以咸阳两所高中408名高中生为被试,依据青少年学业情绪量表、青少年生活事件量表和简易应对方式量表这三个量表,对高中生的学业情绪进行统计分析,并且联系青少年生活事件和应对方式两个方面,来探讨三者之间的相关关系,以便为中学生的心理健康教育工作提供参考。通过对数据进行差异检验及相关分析、回归分析等,本研究得出如下结论: (1).人际关系和学习压力是高中生面临的最主要的生活事件。 (2).高二年级的学生最善于采用积极的应对方式;消极应对方式随着年级升高而递增,高三年级的学生消极应对方式最严重。 (3).高中生学业情绪在年级上,高一学生表现出满足,高二、高三学生表现出焦虑,高三学生对未来充满希望。 父亲文化程度越低的高中生越容易表现出羞愧和沮丧。 (4).生活事件对学业情绪具有显著的预测作用;应对方式对学业情绪也具有显著的预测作用;生活事件和应对方式同时对学业情绪有显著的预测作用。 (5).积极应对方式的中介效应不显著,消极应对方式作为生活事件和消极低唤醒学业情绪的中介变量,在应激过程中,与生活事件协同作用于消极低唤醒学业情绪,中介效应显著。
[Abstract]:Academic emotion is a general term for students' emotional experience in their academic environment. It is influenced not only by academic situation, but also by life events and coping styles. Academic emotion is one of the important contents of school mental health education. In recent years, it has gradually become one of the hot issues in the study of students' emotion. In this study, 408 senior high school students from two senior high schools in Xianyang were selected as subjects. According to the three scales of adolescent academic emotion scale, adolescent life event scale and simple coping style scale, the students' academic emotion was statistically analyzed. In order to provide reference for the mental health education of middle school students, the relationship between them is discussed by connecting the life events and coping styles of teenagers. Through the difference test and correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on, this study draws the following conclusions: (1). Interpersonal relationship and learning stress are the most important life events faced by high school students. (2) The students of grade two are the best at adopting positive coping styles, and the negative coping styles are increasing with the increase of grade, and the negative coping styles of students in grade three are the most serious. (3) High school students' academic mood in grade, senior one students show satisfaction, senior two and three students show anxiety, high three students are full of hope for the future. High school students with a less educated father were more likely to show shame and frustration. (4) Life events have significant predictive effects on academic emotions; coping styles have significant predictive effects on academic emotions; Life events and coping styles also have significant predictive effects on academic emotions. (5) The mediating effect of positive coping style is not significant. As an intermediary variable of life event and negative low arousal of academic emotion, negative coping style plays an important role in negative low arousal of academic emotion in the process of stress.
