山西省实施教育信息化“组组通”项目的探索与实践

【摘要】：中小学教育信息化经历了"校校通""班班通"的发展路径,对于解决优质信息和资源在课堂上的合理有效应用,改变教师教学模式等方面发挥了重要作用,有力地助推了城乡教育的均衡发展。但是,我国十年的教育信息化无论设备设施的配备,还是教育资源的配置等,更多关注的是为教师在课堂上的"教"做文章,很少关注为学生的"学"创设信息化环境和条件。"组组通"项目的实施,就是从关注教师如何"教"转向关注学生如何"学",探索教育信息化助推新课程改革的新路径。通过项目实验,探索"组组通"网络环境技术解决方案、平台开发、资源配置以及教学新模式的构建,寻求信息技术与新课程改革的结合点,提高教育教学质量。
[Abstract]:The informatization of primary and secondary education has experienced the development path of "school and school connection" and "class and class communication", which has played an important role in solving the problem of the rational and effective application of high-quality information and resources in the classroom and changing the teaching mode of teachers. The balanced development of urban and rural education has been pushed forward. However, in China's ten-year education informatization, regardless of the equipment and facilities, or the allocation of educational resources, more attention is paid to the "teaching" of teachers in the classroom. Little attention is paid to creating information environment and conditions for students'learning. " The implementation of the "group and communication" project is to change from paying attention to how teachers "teach" to paying attention to how students "learn", and to explore the new path of promoting the new curriculum reform by education informatization. Through the project experiment, this paper explores the technical solution, platform development, resource allocation and the construction of new teaching mode of network environment of "organizing group and communicating", and seeks for the combination of information technology and new curriculum reform to improve the quality of education and teaching.
