利益相关者视角下择校治理机制选优

【摘要】：基于对来自浙江、四川、山西不同类型利益相关者的调查发现,生源均衡是治理择校最关键的机制,师资均衡是最直接的治理机制,管理团队均衡是最持久的治理机制,弱区建名校及设施均衡是最基本的治理机制。同时,利益相关者对5种6项择校治理机制的支持度由高到低依次是设施均衡、团队支教、弱区名校、招考配额、教师轮换、生源摇号。5种择校治理机制各有利弊,各地要因地制宜地选择适合自己的择校治理机制,以提高其实施效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of different types of stakeholders from Zhejiang, Sichuan and Shanxi, it is found that the balance of student source is the most key mechanism of school selection, the balance of teachers is the most direct governance mechanism, the balance of management team is the most lasting governance mechanism, and the balance of building famous schools and facilities in weak areas is the most basic governance mechanism. At the same time, the stakeholders' support for the five kinds of school selection governance mechanisms from high to low is facilities balance, team support, weak district famous schools, admission quota, teacher rotation, student source rocking. The five school choice governance mechanisms have their own advantages and disadvantages, and each place should choose its own school choice governance mechanism according to local conditions in order to improve its implementation effect.
