【摘要】：正未来教师要成为最懂学生学习需求的人,这才是教师职业的核心竞争力。随着"互联网+"时代的到来,教育领域正在发生深刻变化。"无处不在的学习""没有教室的学校""一人一张课程表"等一线实践的出现,极大地改变了传统教育的运行规则。在这个大变革时代,教师作为人类历史上最古老的职业之一,正面临着前所未有的新挑战,也迎来了前所未有的新机遇。
[Abstract]:In the future, teachers will become the people who understand the needs of students most, this is the core competitiveness of the profession of teachers.
