初中数学教学中开展翻转课堂的策略与实践研究

【摘要】:翻转课堂指重新调整课堂内外的时间,将学习的决定权从教师转移给学生。翻转课堂是一个从国外引进的概念,2011年在美国各地正式兴起,如何与中国教育实践相结合,产生自主学习、协作学习、探究学习实验的自觉行为,近年来逐渐引起研究者和实践者普遍关注。本文通过研究翻转课堂在教学改革背景下的实施意义,了解国内外关于翻转课堂的实施概况,明确研究内容与思路。通过文献研究法、调查分析法、实验法等多种方法,研究翻转课堂在我国开展过程中的策略及效果。本文以掌握学习理论、建构主义理论和人本主义理论为研究理论基础,以翻转课堂及教学策略为主要研究对象,努力构建适合我国初中数学翻转课堂开展的有效策略,从提高课前学习的有效性、加强课堂活动设计和课后环节的适当运用三个方面有效解决教师和学生在教学过程中出现的部分问题。提高课前学习的有效性从明确学习目标、注重微视频的有效性两个方面来实施;加强课堂活动设计从加强课堂学生活动的设计和加强课堂教学评价两方面来实施。通过本文,我们可以对翻转课堂以较全面的了解。面对从国外引进的新型教学模式,我们应该坚持我国的教学实际,真正领悟翻转课堂这种新模式带给我们对教学的思考,避免跟风,使得翻转课堂真正融入我国教育实际。开展对翻转课堂模式的研究,探索适合我国实际的教学模式,有效指导我国的教学改革的实验,提供理论和实践方面的经验。
[Abstract]:Flipping classroom refers to the readjustment of the time inside and outside the classroom and the transfer of the decision of learning from teachers to students. Flipping classroom is a concept introduced from abroad, which rose in 2011 in all parts of the United States. How to combine with Chinese educational practice to produce the conscious behavior of autonomous learning, cooperative learning and exploring learning experiment. In recent years, researchers and practitioners have paid more and more attention to it. By studying the significance of flipping classroom in the context of teaching reform, this paper tries to understand the general situation of the implementation of flipping classroom at home and abroad. Through literature research method, investigation analysis method, experimental method and other methods, this paper studies the strategy and effect of flipping classroom in the process of development in our country. Constructivism theory and humanism theory as the theoretical basis, the turnover of the classroom and teaching strategies as the main research object, try to build suitable for our junior high school mathematics flipping classroom effective strategy. Improve the effectiveness of pre-class learning. Strengthening the design of classroom activities and proper use of after-class links to effectively solve the teacher and students in the teaching process of some of the problems and improve the effectiveness of pre-class learning from clear learning goals. Focus on the effectiveness of micro-video to implement the two aspects; Strengthening the design of classroom activities from strengthening the design of classroom students' activities and strengthening the evaluation of classroom teaching. In the face of the new teaching mode introduced from abroad, we should adhere to the reality of teaching in our country and truly understand the new mode of flipping classroom to bring us thinking about teaching. Avoid following the trend, so that the flipping classroom really into the reality of education in China. Carry out the research on the flipping classroom model, explore the teaching model suitable for the actual situation of our country, and effectively guide the experiment of teaching reform in our country. Provide theoretical and practical experience.
