提升高职学生幸福感方法探究

【摘要】：高职院校要高度关注学生因为消极悲观的自我评价、错位缺失的发展目标、内外失调的价值追求、个人潜能难以施展所带来的幸福感缺失问题,并在教育教学实践中通过职业理想的确立,提高学生认知幸福的能力;通过职业道德的提升,提高学生感悟幸福的能力;通过职业精神的培育,提高学生品味幸福的能力;通过技术技能的学习,提高学生创造幸福的能力。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges should pay close attention to the lack of happiness caused by students' negative and pessimistic self-evaluation, misplaced development goals, the value pursuit of internal and external maladjustment, and the lack of happiness caused by the difficulty of exerting their personal potential.In education and teaching practice, through the establishment of professional ideal, improve students' ability of cognitive happiness, through the promotion of professional ethics, improve the ability of students to realize happiness, through the cultivation of professional spirit, improve the ability of students to taste happiness.Through the study of technical skills, improve the students' ability to create happiness.
