教师荣誉制度的历史渊源

【摘要】:教师荣誉集中体现了教师职业的社会价值与教师个体的社会贡献,是国家尊师重教的重要体现,有利于社会主义核心价值观的培育与弘扬。中国自古就有尊师传统,对历代名师的封赠、赐号、祭祀从未间断,孔庙堪称古代教师的荣誉殿堂,古代教师荣誉意味着传统师道的传承。本文着重探讨古代教师荣誉的种类、标准与主要特征、历史意义及经验教训等问题,为当今国家教师荣誉制度的构建提供具有传统特色的丰富资源与历史借鉴。
[Abstract]:Teacher honor embodies the social value of the teacher profession and the individual social contribution of the teacher. It is an important embodiment of respecting the teacher and attaching importance to the education, which is conducive to the cultivation and development of the socialist core values. Since ancient times, there has been a tradition of respecting teachers in China, giving names to famous teachers in past dynasties, offering sacrifices and offering sacrifices without interruption. Confucius Temple can be regarded as the honor hall of ancient teachers, and the honor of ancient teachers means the inheritance of traditional teacher's way. This paper focuses on the types, standards and main characteristics of the ancient teachers' honor, historical significance and lessons, and provides rich resources with traditional characteristics and historical reference for the construction of the teachers' honor system in today's countries.
