我国澳门教师公约:缘起、历程与评价

【摘要】：我国澳门教师公约是顺应教师专业化发展要求、迎合澳门教育发展需要、符应澳门教师专业化需求而缘起的,其制订历经了启动、内容咨询、文本形成及咨询、定稿公布、宣传推广五个阶段。澳门教师公约宗旨明确、定位精准、自下而上、专家引领、广泛参与、注重过程,当然,也存在一定瑕疵。
