我国澳门教师公约:缘起、历程与评价

【摘要】:我国澳门教师公约是顺应教师专业化发展要求、迎合澳门教育发展需要、符应澳门教师专业化需求而缘起的,其制订历经了启动、内容咨询、文本形成及咨询、定稿公布、宣传推广五个阶段。澳门教师公约宗旨明确、定位精准、自下而上、专家引领、广泛参与、注重过程,当然,也存在一定瑕疵。
[Abstract]:The teachers' convention of Macao in China conforms to the demands of the professional development of teachers, caters to the needs of the development of education in Macao, and meets the needs of the specialization of teachers in Macao. Its formulation has been initiated, the content consulted, the text formed and consulted, and the final version published. There are five stages of publicity and promotion. Macao Teachers Convention has a clear purpose, precise positioning, bottom-up, experts leading, extensive participation, process, of course, there are some flaws.
