我国大学生心理健康教育现状分析及其对策思考

【摘要】:心理素质是个人整体素质的一个重要方面,心理健康教育是素质教育的一个重要组成部分。高校心理健康教育的加强,大学生心理素质的提高,不仅对他们在校学习期间的身心健康和德智体美诸方面的全面发展有重要意义,而且对他们个人毕生的发展以及国家一代新人总体素质的提高具有极为深远的影响。 加强大学生心理健康教育是新形势下全面贯彻党的教育方针,实施素质教育的重要举措,是促进大学生全面发展的重要途径和手段。自20世纪80年代中期以来,我国高校大学生心理健康教育已历经近二十个春秋。回顾这近二十年的发展,总的来看,我国大学生心理健康教育工作取得了一定的成效,思想上明确了工作的定位,实践上形成了一定的工作基础,积累了有益的经验。但与此同时,当前大学生心理健康教育工作还存在不少问题。这些问题不解决,大学生心理健康教育就不可能真正落到实处。本文拟从以下三个方面对当前我国高校大学生心理健康教育工作的状况进行研究: 第一部分:在明确大学生心理健康教育内涵的基础上,着重阐述加强大学生心理健康教育的必要性和紧迫性。 第二部分:着重分析我国高校大学生心理健康教育工作的现状。通过综合调查资料和部分文献资料,分析总结目前我国高校开展大学生心理健康教育工作和大学生心理健康教育研究领域的成绩和经验。同时指出当前存在的一些主要问题及其原因,分别从教育内容、教育途径、师资队伍、教育机构和专门场所的设置、组织管理等方面进行阐述。 第三部分:着重阐述加强和改进大学生心理健康教育的对策、方法和途径。针对目前我国高校大学生心理健康教育存在的主要问题,从大学生心理健康教育工作系统构建的角度,立足于中国国情,立足于可操作性,探究新时期我国大学生心理健康教育的工作方法、工作途径、工作环境、工作机构设置等。
[Abstract]:Psychological quality is an important aspect of individual's overall quality, and mental health education is an important part of quality education. The strengthening of psychological health education in colleges and universities and the improvement of college students' psychological quality are of great significance not only to their physical and mental health, morality, intelligence and physical beauty, but also to the overall development of their physical, moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic aspects. And they have a profound impact on their personal development throughout their lives and the overall quality of the country's new generation. Strengthening the psychological health education of college students is an important measure to carry out the Party's educational policy and quality education under the new situation. It is also an important way and means to promote the all-round development of college students. Since the middle of 1980's, the mental health education of college students in our country has gone through nearly 20 Spring and Autumn periods. Looking back on the development of the past twenty years, the mental health education of college students in our country has made some achievements, the orientation of the work has been defined ideologically, the working foundation has been formed in practice, and beneficial experience has been accumulated. But at the same time, there are still many problems in college students'mental health education. If these problems are not solved, the mental health education of college students can not be carried out. This paper intends to study the current situation of mental health education of college students in China from the following three aspects: The first part: on the basis of clarifying the connotation of college students' mental health education, the necessity and urgency of strengthening college students' mental health education are expounded. The second part analyzes the current situation of mental health education for college students in China. Through the comprehensive investigation and some documents, this paper analyzes and summarizes the achievements and experiences in the field of mental health education of college students and the research field of college students' mental health education in our country. At the same time, this paper points out some main problems and their causes, including the contents of education, the ways of education, the teaching staff, the setting up of educational institutions and special places, the organization and management of educational institutions and so on. The third part focuses on the countermeasures, methods and ways to strengthen and improve the mental health education of college students. In view of the main problems existing in the mental health education of college students in our country at present, from the angle of constructing the working system of the mental health education for college students, it is based on the national conditions of China and on the maneuverability. This paper probes into the working methods, working ways, working environment and working organization setting of mental health education for college students in China in the new period.
