知识经济与成人高校学生创新能力的培养

【摘要】：正当今时代是知识经济时代,有人称之为新经济时代,又有人称之为信息化、网络化时代,它是工业经济时代的进一步发展和深化,其基本特点表现为它是以人的创造性、知识性作为最重要的生产要素,通过掌握知识具有人力资本的人来谋求社会更快、更好的进步。现时代知识的创造性运用显得越来越重要,也引起了越来越多学者的关注,学术界和教育界的同仁对从小学到大学过程中不同阶段的学生的创造能力的培养进行了较多的探讨。但很少涉及到成人高校学生的创造能力培养。本文试图以知识经济时代创造性人才培养的重要性作为切入点,分析目前成人高校在创造性人才培养中的现状与诸多缺陷的成因,提出自己的几点建议和思考,以引起学术界和教育界同仁对于此
[Abstract]:The present era is the era of knowledge economy, some call it the new economic age, others call it the information age, and some call it the age of information and networking. It is the further development and deepening of the age of industrial economy, the basic characteristic of which is that it is characterized by the creativity of human beings. Knowledge is the most important factor of production. The creative application of knowledge in the present era is becoming more and more important and has also attracted more and more attention of scholars. Colleagues in academic and educational circles have discussed the cultivation of creative ability of students in different stages from primary school to university. However, it seldom involves the cultivation of creative ability of adult college students. Based on the importance of cultivating creative talents in the era of knowledge economy, this paper attempts to analyze the present situation and the causes of many defects in the cultivation of creative talents in adult colleges and universities, and put forward some suggestions and reflections.
