构建“双效”成人教育网络自主学习模式的探究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,网络和多媒体技术越来越广泛地应用于教学领域,从而引起了教学和学习方式的重大变革。网络环境下的自主学习模式也随之成为成人继续教学改革的目标之一。那么,在网络环境下成人网络自主学习的现状究竟如何?笔者通过对陕西科技大学近100名成人继续教育学院的学生进行问卷调查分析,发现目前成人学生在利用网络自主学习过程中走的是一条"无效率、无效果"的极端路线,严重偏离了自主学习的理念。经过一番深入的研究,笔者大胆地在成人网络自主学习中引进"有效教学"的理念,设想如何将"自主学习"与"有效教学"相融合,实现有效率、有效果的"双效"自主学习。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, network and multimedia technology are more and more widely used in the field of teaching, which has caused a great change in teaching and learning methods. The autonomous learning model in the network environment has also become one of the goals of adult continuing teaching reform. So, under the network environment, what is the status quo of adult network autonomous learning? Based on a questionnaire survey of nearly 100 students in Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, it is found that adult students are taking an "inefficient and ineffective" extreme route in the process of autonomous learning through the Internet. A serious deviation from the concept of autonomous learning. After some deep research, the author boldly introduces the idea of "effective teaching" in the adult network autonomous learning, and conceive how to combine "autonomous learning" with "effective teaching" to achieve efficiency.
