【摘要】：中共上海市委常委、副市长、上海行政学院院长冯国勤在 “努力创建学习型城区”一文中指出,党的十六大把形成学习型社会确立为全面建设小康社会的目标和任务之一,学习型组织是小康社会的重要文化特征。在全面建设小康社会的过程中,必须把创建学习型城市摆在一定的战略位置上,创建学习型城区就是连接学习型社区与学习型城市的重要纽带。
[Abstract]:Feng Guoqin, member of the standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, deputy mayor and dean of the Shanghai Institute of Administration, pointed out in his article "strive to create a Learning City District." The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established a learning society as one of the goals and tasks of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Learning organization is an important cultural feature of a well-off society. In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, we must put the establishment of a learning city in a certain strategic position, and the creation of a learning city is an important link between the learning community and the learning city.
