化解新增地方本科院校办学矛盾的现实抉择:加强校地合作

【摘要】：省地共管、以地为主的管理模式,在新增地方本科院校的运作过程中暴露出许多矛盾。新增地方院校在经费投入、学科专业建设等方面面临很多问题和矛盾,化解这些矛盾的现实抉择是开放式办学,加强校地合作。
[Abstract]:There are many contradictions in the operation of new local colleges and universities. The new local colleges and universities are faced with many problems and contradictions in the aspects of investment of funds and construction of disciplines and specialties. The realistic choice to resolve these contradictions is to open the schools and strengthen the cooperation between the schools and the land.
