现代远程教育师资队伍建设的机遇、挑战与对策
[Abstract]:The construction of teaching staff is an important guarantee for RTVU to develop modern distance open education. The reform of talent training mode and the pilot of open education have created opportunities and challenges for the construction of teaching staff. Based on the experience of teachers management in RTVU, this paper probes into the strategies of strengthening the construction of teachers in modern distance and open education under the new situation, which is of practical significance.
