【摘要】：本文介绍了中国一汽培训中心产、学、研、培一体化职业教育模式形成的背景、组织形式和工作流程 ,说明了该模式运作的一些主要问题。应该说 ,这种教育模式是职业教育的一种较为理想的模式
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the background, organizational form and work flow of the integrated vocational education model of FAW training Center in China, and explains some main problems in the operation of the model. It should be said that this mode of education is an ideal model for vocational education.
