高职学生自卑心理问题及对策研究

【摘要】: 一直以来,教育部十分重视大学生心理健康问题,也取得了很大的成就。随着我国高等教育的蓬勃发展,高等职业技术教育也异军突起,截止到到2009年底,我国独立设置的高等职业技术学院超过1240所,占全国高校总数70%左右,高职在校生超过1300万,占全国高校在校生的一半多。招生的数量逐年增加、学校规模迅速扩大。但是毋庸置疑的是,高职学生群体也存在着很多心理问题,尤其是自卑心理严重。自卑心理也成为很多学者关注的焦点,西方学者起步较早,第一个分析自卑感的是法国思想家蒙田,他从文学或哲学的角度来探讨自卑感;英国唯物主义哲学家霍布斯是从哲学的角度,表述“自卑感”,他提倡权力哲学,认为人与人之间的争斗造成了人的自卑感;最具权威的奥地利精神病学家A.阿德勒(1870~1937)是从自卑的成因和对策角度界定“自卑”的含义,他认为自卑是“个人轻视自己、看不起自己、认为自己不如别人、无法赶上别人的一种消极心理状态,是一种与自信截然相反的一种心理品质。在新的形势下,研究高等职业院校大学生自卑心理的基本理论,掌握高职院校学生自卑心理的特征和形成原因,同时找到解决的对策,无疑对高等职业教育的发展大有裨益。 本文紧扣高职院校学生自卑心理的一般理论、特征、研究的重要性分析得出五种对策:一是提高对自卑心理的正确认识,通过对高职学生自卑心理的概念、特征的梳理,探讨高职学生自卑心理的规律,分析其成因。二是建立高职院校教师、辅导员齐抓共管体系,通过各种管理措施和制度积极调动辅导员、心理咨询教师和任课教师的积极性,使全体教师的参与有学校的规章制度作为保障。三是弘扬和谐校园文化,通过开展丰富多彩的校园课余活动,开辟多样的活动场所,让学生的个人爱好特长有充足的发展发挥空间,让高职学生爱表现的心理有足够的展示场所。四是完善心理评估体系,改变传统的以对课本知识的掌握为评价学生自身素质的主要指标,而强调高职学生自我潜能的挖掘和创新机能的表现,肯定他们取得的成绩,使之逐渐形成健康的自我意识和个性心理品质。五是加强心理咨询机构建设,鼓励有自卑感的学生,主动求助于心理咨询专家,进行心理咨询。其目的是通过自由联想和回忆,分析导致自卑的原因。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Education has always attached great importance to the mental health of college students, and has made great achievements. With the vigorous development of higher education in China, higher vocational and technical education has also emerged. By the end of 2009, there were more than 1240 independent vocational and technical colleges in our country, accounting for about 70% of the total number of colleges and universities in China, and more than 13 million students in higher vocational schools. It accounts for more than half of all college students in the country. The number of new students increases year by year, and the scale of the school expands rapidly. But there is no doubt that there are many psychological problems, especially the inferiority complex. The inferiority complex has also become the focus of many scholars, Western scholars started early, the first analysis of the sense of inferiority complex is the French thinker Montaigne, he from the perspective of literature or philosophy to explore the inferiority complex; Hobbes, a British materialist philosopher, expressed "inferiority" from a philosophical point of view. He advocated the philosophy of power, arguing that the struggle between people created a sense of inferiority; the most authoritative Austrian psychiatrist, A. Adler defined the meaning of "inferiority complex" from the point of view of the cause and countermeasure of inferiority complex. He considered inferiority complex to mean "one despises oneself, despises oneself, thinks oneself inferior to others, and cannot catch up with others' negative psychological state." It is a psychological quality contrary to self-confidence. Under the new situation, it is of great benefit to the development of higher vocational education to study the basic theory of inferiority complex of higher vocational college students, to master the characteristics and the forming reasons of the inferiority complex of higher vocational college students, and to find the countermeasures to solve it at the same time. Based on the analysis of the general theory, characteristics and importance of the self-abasement psychology of the students in higher vocational colleges, five countermeasures are obtained: first, to improve the correct understanding of the inferiority complex psychology, and to comb the concept and characteristics of the inferiority complex psychology of the vocational college students. This paper probes into the law of inferiority complex of higher vocational students and analyzes its causes. Second, teachers in higher vocational colleges and counselors should work together to actively mobilize counselors through various management measures and systems, so that the participation of all teachers can be guaranteed by the rules and regulations of the school. Third, to carry forward the harmonious campus culture, to open up various venues for activities through the development of colorful campus extracurricular activities, so that students can have ample room for development of their personal hobbies and specialties. So that the students love to show enough place to show. Fourth, improve the psychological evaluation system, change the traditional knowledge of textbooks as the main index to evaluate students' own quality, and emphasize the exploration of students' self-potential and the performance of innovative function, and affirm their achievements. Make it gradually form healthy self-consciousness and personality psychological quality. Fifth, strengthen the construction of psychological counseling institutions, encourage students with inferiority complex, actively turn to psychological counsellors for psychological counseling. Its purpose is to analyze the causes of inferiority through free association and recollection.
