《中职生心理健康自评量表》的编制

【摘要】: 中职生作为一个比较特殊的群体,他们正处于青春期,有着学业压力,更有着就业压力,他们承受着比同龄人更多的压力,他们一般不愿意与老师、父母交流想法,不知道如何疏导负性情绪和解决所面临的问题,所以中职生的心理健康状况实在令人担忧。纵观国内外已有的心理健康量表,只有针对中学生,却没有专门针对中职生的问卷,中职生虽然在年龄上与中学生相仿,但还是有一定的区别的。所以,本研究拟自编一套有关于中职生心理健康的量表,以期更好地研究中职生心理健康问题。 本研究在参考前人理论和研究的基础上,通过对中职生和职校教师的开发性问卷和访谈,结合中职学校教育的实际情况以及中职生的常见心理问题,,编制一份针对中职生的心理健康测量工具,为今后中职生心理健康的调查、研究和干预提供参考。 本研究的结果如下: (1)本研究在参考前人研究以及开放性问卷调查的基础上提出了中职生心理健康标准,并以此作为理论基础,确定了《中职生心理健康自评量表》的4个构成因素:情绪、人际关系、学习及目标、适应性。 (2)本研究将分半信度作为本量表的指标,求得分半信度值为0.930,说明本量表具有较好的内在一致性 (3)从结构效度、效标效度、内容效度来考查本量表的效度。因子分析、各分量表分与量表总分相关结果表明本量表具有较好的结构效度。本量表与SCL-90的相关系数为0.679(P0.001,N=157),与MSSMSHS的相关系数为0.726(P0.001,N=111),说明本量表具有良好的效标效度。各分量表分与量表总分的相关在0.715——0.895之间,均高于0.715,说明本量表的内容效度好。
[Abstract]:As a special group, secondary vocational students are in puberty, have academic pressure and have more pressure on employment. They are under more pressure than their peers. They are generally reluctant to communicate with their teachers and parents, and do not know how to dredge negative emotions and solve problems, so the mental health of Secondary Vocational Students is in good condition. It is really worrying. Looking at the existing mental health scale at home and abroad, only for middle school students, there is no specific questionnaire for secondary vocational students. Although the secondary vocational students are similar to the middle school students in age, there are still some differences. Therefore, this study intends to compile a set of scales with regard to the mental health of the secondary vocational students in order to better study the secondary vocational school. Have mental health problems.
On the basis of the predecessors' theory and research, through the development questionnaire and interview of secondary vocational and vocational school teachers, combined with the actual situation of secondary vocational school education and the common psychological problems of secondary vocational school students, a psychological health measurement tool for secondary vocational students was compiled to investigate and intervene in the mental health of secondary vocational students in the future. The results of this study are as follows:
(1) on the basis of previous research and open questionnaire, this study put forward the mental health standards of secondary vocational students. As a theoretical basis, this study determined the 4 components of the mental health self rating scale for secondary vocational students: emotion, interpersonal relationship, learning and goals, and adaptability.
(2) in this study, split half reliability is used as the index of this scale, and the score half reliability is 0.930. This shows that the scale has better internal consistency.
(3) the validity of the scale is examined from the structure validity, the validity validity and the content validity. The result of the factor analysis shows that the scale has better structural validity. The correlation coefficient of this scale and SCL-90 is 0.679 (P0.001, N=157), and the correlation coefficient with MSSMSHS is 0.726 (P0.001, N=111), indicating that the scale is good. The correlation between the scores of each subscale and the total score of the scale was between 0.715 and 0.895, which was higher than 0.715, indicating that the content validity of the scale was good.
