对美国教育改革中能力建设的考察——缘起、内涵与策略

【摘要】：20世纪70年代后期的美国,在重新探讨影响教育改革及其结果的因素是什么的理论背景下,能力建设问题开始受到关注,其内涵由于教育改革的逐步推进而不断地获得丰富与发展,个体与组织成为论述能力建设问题的两个主要维度,而促进教师专业发展,解释和运用数据以及组织和配置各类资源则成为美国教育改革中能力建设的主要策略。
[Abstract]:In the late 1970s, the United States began to pay attention to the issue of capacity-building in the theoretical context of re-examining the factors that affect education reform and its outcomes. Its connotation has been enriched and developed continuously because of the gradual advancement of educational reform. Individual and organization become the two main dimensions to discuss the problem of capacity-building, and promote the professional development of teachers. The interpretation and use of data and the organization and allocation of resources are the main strategies for capacity building in American educational reform.
