【摘要】:新中国成立之后,伴随着男女平等意识的深入人心,和法律规定的不断完善,女性逐步开始参与社会生活,女性的政治权利、文化教育权利、劳动权利等得到了实现,女性的受教育人数和水平也相应提高。随着社会的发展和高校的扩招,越来越多的女性有了进入大学的机会,女大学生人数迅速增加。 当前我国正处于社会主义转型发展时期,原有的计划经济体制正在向社会主义市场经济体制转变,三大产业面临着结构调整、企业经历着所有制与管理等方面的转型,国家原有的大学生就业分配制度也发生了变化,再加上国际金融危机对出口型企业的影响,社会能对高校毕业生提供的岗位数量同比下降,高校毕业生面临严峻的就业形势.女性由于长久以来人力资本投资小于男性,加上性别歧视及其他一些原因,市场竞争力明显弱于男性,因此大学生就业问题下,女大学生的就业问题更是堪忧。当下,我国高等教育实行收费制度,就业作为教育投资最基础的收益方式,关系着众多大学生及其家庭的利益,应该受到政府的重视。女大学生作为教育公平的实践者,其就业困境不仅会伤害到自身的平等发展,还会影响整个社会对女性接受教育的质疑,必须全力解决女大学生就业问题。 本文通过问卷调查,并结合社会性别理论、马克思主义两种生产理论等对女大学生就业困境产生的原因进行分析,以期借助人口学理论为解决女大学生就业困境提出有效的建议。 本文共分五个部分,第一部分:选题背景、意义,相关研究综述以及相关概念的界定;第二部分:对问卷调查数据资料进行统计分析;第三部分:分析女大学生就业困境的影响因素;第四部分:女大学生就业困境的理论探讨;第五部分:对解决女大学生就业困境提出的几点建议。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, with the consciousness of equality between men and women deeply rooted in the people, and the continuous improvement of legal provisions, women gradually began to participate in social life, women's political rights, cultural and educational rights. With the development of society and the expansion of college enrollment, more and more women have the opportunity to enter university. The number of female college students is increasing rapidly. At present, our country is in the period of socialist transformation and development, the former planned economy system is changing to the socialist market economy system, and the three major industries are facing structural adjustment. Enterprises have experienced the transformation of ownership and management, the original national employment distribution system of college students has also changed, coupled with the impact of the international financial crisis on export-oriented enterprises. The number of jobs that society can provide to college graduates is down from a year earlier, and college graduates face a grim employment situation. Women have long invested less in human capital than men, along with gender discrimination and other reasons. The market competitiveness is obviously weaker than that of men, so the employment of female college students is even more worrying. At present, higher education in China implements the charging system, employment as the most basic income way of education investment. Related to the interests of many college students and their families, should be taken seriously by the government. Female college students, as practitioners of education equity, their employment difficulties will not only harm their own equal development. It will also affect the whole society to the female education question, must solve the female university student employment question diligently. This paper analyzes the causes of the employment dilemma of female college students through questionnaire survey, combined with gender theory and two kinds of production theory of Marxism. With the help of demographic theory, effective suggestions are put forward to solve the employment dilemma of female college students. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part: the background of the topic, significance, related research review and the definition of related concepts; The second part: the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data; The third part: analyze the influencing factors of female college students' employment predicament; Part 4th: the theoretical discussion on the employment dilemma of female college students; Part 5th: some suggestions to solve the employment dilemma of female college students.
