【摘要】：学校文化是一所学校的灵魂。学校文化无论是对教育改革实践还是对学校建设实践来说,都是一个“根”的问题,纵观现有的学校文化研究,往往是假定学校文化已经存在,研究是在默认这种文化存在的前提之下展开的。本研究基于对上述问题的思考,采用个案研究、田野考察研究和叙事研究的方法,以天津外国语大学附属外国语学校为考察对象,以其精神文化、制度文化、物质文化的演变和发展为考察内容,对其文化生成机制进行探究。并试图通过其文化生成的个案,揭示学校文化生成的普遍的一般规律,提出具有可操作性的建议和思路,为当前的学校文化建设提供实践路径。全文共四章。第一章为绪论。概述本研究的背景、目的、意义、研究方法等方面,并对相关研究进行综述。第二章,对学校的历史、精神文化、制度文化、物质文化进行透视与分析。第三章,从校长、教师、学生和课程这四个方面对学校文化生成进行因素分析。第四章,通过对学校文化的透视,探寻其文化生成机制。结论与讨论部分总结本研究的研究过程、研究思路和研究结论,反思不足,并对进一步的研究方向提出展望。一所学校文化的生成机制是内源性与外源性因素共同作用的结果,通过时间和空间两个维度进行：从时间维度上看,学校历史是学校文化生成的根基；从空间维度上看,文化共同体的形成是学校文化生成的根本体现。同时,一所学校的文化在一定程度上来说是办学者将其所持的办学理念转化,设计为显性制度和隐性规范,学校全体成员将办学者所倡导的理念、制定的规范、制度作为行为准则,最终形成一所学校所特有的学校文化。
[Abstract]:School culture is the soul of a school. School culture is a "root" problem in both the practice of educational reform and the practice of school construction. It is often assumed that the school culture already exists, and the research is carried out under the premise of the tacit existence of this kind of culture. This study is based on the thinking of the above problems, and adopts the case study. The methods of field investigation and narrative study take the foreign language school affiliated to Tianjin Foreign Studies University as the object of investigation and the evolvement and development of its spiritual culture system culture and material culture. This paper probes into the mechanism of its cultural generation, and tries to reveal the general rules of the formation of school culture through the case of its cultural generation, and puts forward some operable suggestions and ideas. To provide the practical path for the current school culture construction. The first chapter is the introduction. It summarizes the background, purpose, significance, research methods and other aspects of this study, and summarizes the relevant research. Chapter two, the history of the school, spiritual culture, institutional culture. Material culture perspective and analysis. Chapter III, from the principal, teachers, students and curriculum of these four aspects of school culture generation factor analysis. 4th, through the perspective of school culture. The conclusion and discussion part summarizes the research process, the research thought and the research conclusion, the reflection insufficiency, and puts forward the prospect to the further research direction. The formation mechanism of a school culture is the result of both endogenous and exogenous factors. It is carried out through two dimensions of time and space: from the perspective of time, school history is the foundation of school culture generation; From the dimension of space, the formation of cultural community is the fundamental embodiment of the formation of school culture. At the same time, the culture of a school is, to a certain extent, the transformation of the school concept held by the school management scholars. The design is a dominant system and a recessive norm. All the members of the school take the idea, the norm and the system advocated by the school scholars as the code of conduct, and finally form a school culture that is unique to the school.
