基于现代大学发展的大学生志愿者培养路径探析

【摘要】：大学生志愿者是大学精神与志愿精神共同作用下的行动主体。面临社会转型,他们的志愿理想、志愿动机以及志愿行为处于多变状态中。文章基于现代大学发展,厘清当下大学生志愿服务"组织化"、"同质化"、"功利化"和"形式化"等四种倾向对大学生志愿者的成长制约,认为对大学生志愿者的培养应着眼于大学制度对志愿服务活动的保障、大学课程对志愿服务质量的提升、大学教师对志愿服务的引领以及公民教育对志愿服务素养的培育等路径加以实现。
[Abstract]:University student volunteer is the action subject under the joint action of the university spirit and the voluntary spirit. Facing the social transformation, their voluntary ideal. Based on the development of modern universities, this paper clarifies the "organization" and "homogeneity" of college students' volunteer service. The four tendencies of "utilitarianism" and "formalization" restrict the growth of college students' volunteers, and think that the cultivation of university students' volunteers should focus on the guarantee of voluntary service activities under the university system. The university curriculum promotes the quality of voluntary service, the university teachers lead the voluntary service and the cultivation of civic education to cultivate the quality of voluntary service.
