【摘要】:随着我国高等教育事业不断发展,高校大学生群体结构也正日益呈现多元化,并与社会群体结构更加接近。与此同时,高校大学生弱势群体的问题也随之凸显,尤其是继“马加爵案”后,高校大学生弱势群体问题更是备受关注。近年来,高校大学生弱势群体呈现出的不断扩大趋势,已经成为影响高校有序教学和正常发展的重点需要解决的因素之一。大学生是社会的一个重要群体,也是全面建设小康社会的生力军。他们的生存状态及能否健康成长,对于提高我国总体人才培养的质量、构建社会主义和谐社会具有十分重要的意义。这要求我们深入认识高校大学生弱势群体,科学对其进行思想政治教育,全面客观地分析当前该项工作所面临的问题与不足,从而探索出更加合理而又切实可行的解决方法。目前,不仅相关文献研究较为匮乏,而且问题的探究不够深入全面,所提的对策也不具有系统性、可操作性和实效性。本文在对大量文献资料的研究基础上,通过多种研究方法对高校大学生弱势群体存在的问题和形成原因进行深入的分析和研究,寻找具有针对性的系统化解决对策,惟愿本文可以为此问题的探究和解决有所贡献。 论文共分四部分,第一部分,在分析弱势群体概念基础上,提出了符合本文探究目的的高校大学生弱势群体的概念,并从本文解决问题的探究目的出发,,按照高校大学生弱势群体形成的原因和表现,将高校弱势群体划分为经济弱势群体、心理弱势群体、生理弱势群体、综合能力弱势群体、就业弱势群体等五类不同类型的高校大学生弱势群体。 第二部分,通过分析高校大学生弱势群体的现状和存在的问题,揭示出高校大学生弱势群体形成的原因,并找到问题症结,从而为提出相应解决方案寻求现实依据。针对高校大学生弱势群体的不同类型,从经济问题、心理问题等角度,客观地对高校弱势群体学生在学校生活中存在种种问题进行的全方位、多层次地描述分析。 第三部分,针对高校弱势群体学生存在的不同问题,从社会因素、学校因素、家庭因素和学生个体因素等四方面进行深入地探究其产生的原因,并着重从社会因素和学生个体因素出发,详细地探究相关成因,为论文最后提出相应的解决之道提供理论支持。 第四部分,将“以人为本、尊重学生”作为本文指导思想,在分析了前述存在的问题及其原因的基础上,将理论与实际相结合,从多角度出发,科学地提出具有可操作性的解决方案。所提方案坚持以人为本,注重尊重学生个体,力图通过社会、高校、家庭和学生个人四方合力解决高校大学生弱势群体所存在的问题。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's higher education, college students in Colleges and universities are also increasingly diversified structure, and more close to the structure of social groups. At the same time, the problem of vulnerable groups of college students are increasing, especially after the "Majiajue case", vulnerable groups problems of college students is of concern. In recent years, expanding the trend of vulnerable groups of college students shows, has become one of the key factors affecting the orderly teaching in Colleges and universities and normal development to solve. College students are an important group in the society, but also the whole force of the construction of a well-off society. Their survival state and healthy growth, to improve the quality of China's overall talent cultivation, has the important significance of constructing the socialist harmonious society. This requires us to understand college students vulnerable groups, of its scientific thinking Thought political education, comprehensive and objective analysis of the current work is facing the problems and shortcomings, so as to explore a more reasonable and practicalsolution. At present, not only the relevant literature research is scarce, and the problems of not thorough, but also the proposed countermeasures is not systematic, operability and effectiveness. Based on the Research of a lot of literature, and the formation reasons of college students vulnerable groups through various research methods of in-depth analysis and research, looking for targeted system solutions countermeasures, wish this paper can explore and solve this problem contribute.
This paper is divided into four parts, the first part, based on the concept of vulnerable groups in the analysis, put forward in line with the concept of vulnerable groups of college students on purpose, and solve the problem from this research purpose, according to the reasons for the formation of vulnerable groups of college students and the University, the vulnerable groups are divided into economic vulnerable groups, psychological physiological vulnerable groups, vulnerable groups, the comprehensive ability of vulnerable groups, vulnerable groups of college students employment of vulnerable groups and other five categories of different types.
The second part, through the analysis of the status of vulnerable groups of college students and the existing problems, reveal the reason why college students vulnerable groups formed, and find the crux of the problem, so as to seek a realistic basis to put forward the corresponding solutions. In view of college students vulnerable groups of different types, from the angle of economic problems, psychological problems, the full range of existence the objective of the vulnerable groups of college students in the school life of all sorts of problems, multi-level description analysis.
The third part, according to the different problems of vulnerable groups of college students, from social factors, school factors, family factors and four aspects of students' individual factors were deeply explore its causes, and focus on the social factors and individual factors, carefully explore the related causes, provide theoretical support for the thesis finally put forward corresponding to the Tao.
The fourth part will be "people-oriented, respect for students" as the guiding ideology, based on analyzing the existing problems and reasons, combining theory and practice, from the perspective of science put forward a workable solution. The proposed scheme to adhere to the people-oriented, pay attention to respect students, to through social, college, family and student individual together to solve the existing problems of vulnerable groups of college students.
