【摘要】：正地方学校实施创业教育是促进地方经济发展、构建和谐社会的必然要求。黑河学院为构筑和发挥创业新优势,引入创业教育理念,积极探索具有地方区域特色的创业教育模式,建立了包含目标、课程、保障条件等内容在内的创业教育体系。实践证明,只有地方学校创业教育体系进一步的改进和完善,才能够更好地适应地方经济社会发展对创新创业型人才培养的要求。一、地方学校创业教育体系构建过程中存在的问题
