大学生自我教育的价值及其实现方略

【摘要】：大学生自我教育是思想政治教育的重要方面和环节,没有大学生的自我教育活动,大学生思想政治教育就是不完全的。与思想政治教育相比,大学生自我教育凸显出更强的“主体性”,在思想政治教育中的作用不容忽视。然而,长期以来,人们对大学生自我教育重视不够,其作用也未得到充分发挥,影响了大学生思想政治教育的效果。因而有必要对大学生自我教育的价值进行深入的研究。研究大学生自我教育的价值,有利于丰富自我教育理论和思想政治教育理论,有利于提高大学生的自我教育能力,促进大学生健康成长。本文除导论外,分为三个部分：第一部分,阐述大学生自我教育的内涵和特征。在阐释大学生自我教育内涵的基础上,论述了大学生自我教育的突出特征：教育指向的自我性、教育内容的自选性、教育动力的内生性、教育行动的自控性、教育过程的连续性。第二部分,论述大学生自我教育价值的价值内容。这是本文的重点。本文认为,大学生自我教育具有重要的价值,一是促进大学生综合素质发展,包括品德修养价值、价值引导价值、人格发展价值、能力提升价值等；二是促进大学生个体社会化,包括生存价值、行为规范价值、角色社会化价值、理想建构价值等；三是指导大学生解决实际问题,包括学习激励价值、生活指导价值、人际关系协调价值、心理调适价值等；四是增强大学生思想政治教育有效性,包括理念更新价值、目标保证价值、模式创新价值、环境优化价值等。第三部分,提出大学生自我教育价值实现的方略。这是全文的落脚点。针对影响大学生自我教育价值实现的因素,从发挥大学生主体性,增强其自我教育能力；创新思想政治教育,为大学生自我教育提供有效指导；创设教育条件,营造良好环境三个方面提出切实有效的实现方略。
[Abstract]:Self-education of college students is an important aspect and link of ideological and political education. Without the self-education activities of college students, the ideological and political education of college students is incomplete. The self-education of college students shows a stronger "subjectivity" and plays an important role in ideological and political education. However, for a long time, people have not paid enough attention to the self-education of college students, and their role has not been brought into full play. Therefore, it is necessary to study the value of college students' self-education, which is helpful to enrich the theory of self-education and the theory of ideological and political education. It is beneficial to improve the ability of self-education and promote the healthy growth of college students. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into three parts:. The first part expounds the connotation and characteristics of college students' self-education. On the basis of explaining the connotation of college students' self-education, it discusses the prominent characteristics of college students' self-education: the self-orientation of education, the self-selection of educational content. The endogenous nature of educational motivation, the self-control of educational action and the continuity of educational process. The second part discusses the value content of college students' self-education value, which is the focus of this paper. This paper holds that the self-education of college students has important value, one is to promote the development of college students' comprehensive quality, including the value of moral cultivation. The second is to promote the individual socialization of college students, including survival value, behavior norm value, role socialization value, ideal construction value, etc. Third, guide college students to solve practical problems, including the value of learning motivation, life guidance, interpersonal relationship coordination, psychological adjustment, etc. Fourth, enhance the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education, including the value of concept renewal. Objective guarantee value, mode innovation value, environment optimization value, etc. In the third part, the author puts forward the strategy of realizing the value of college students' self-education, which is the foothold of the full text. In view of the factors that affect the realization of self-education value of college students, we should give full play to college students' subjectivity and enhance their ability of self-education. To innovate ideological and political education to provide effective guidance for college students' self-education, to create educational conditions and to create good environment, and to put forward practical and effective realization strategies.
