高校思想政治理论课教师科研育人问题探析

【摘要】：开展科研育人工作对坚持思想政治理论课的育人原则,拓展思想政治理论课的教育内容,创新思想政治理论课的教学方法,完善思想政治理论课教师的形象具有十分重要的意义。目前高校思想政治理论课教师科研育人的意识有待进一步强化,科研育人的内容有待进一步拓展,科研育人的方法有待进一步创新,科研育人的合力有待进一步形成。做好新时期高校思想政治理论课教师科研育人工作必须加强引导,不断强化科研育人的意识;深入研究,丰富完善科研育人的内容;积极探索,实践创新科研育人的方法;完善机制,全力打造科研育人的合力。
[Abstract]:Carrying out scientific research and educating people will insist on the educational principle of ideological and political theory course, expand the educational content of ideological and political theory course, and innovate the teaching method of ideological and political theory course. It is of great significance to perfect the image of the teachers of ideological and political theory. At present, the consciousness of scientific research and education of the teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities needs to be further strengthened, and the contents of scientific research and education need to be further expanded. The methods of scientific research and education should be further innovated and the resultant force of scientific research and education should be further formed. In order to do a good job in scientific research and education of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in the new period, we must strengthen the guidance and constantly strengthen the consciousness of scientific research and education. Enrich and perfect the contents of scientific research and education; actively explore and practice and innovate the methods of scientific research and education; perfect the mechanism and strive to create the resultant force of scientific research and education.
