当代中国大学生政治素质优化研究

【摘要】：在大学生素质结构框架中,政治素质占居统帅地位,不仅对大学生全面发展发挥定向和动力的作用,而且关系到我们党乃至我国社会主义制度的巩固与发展,甚至关系到整个中华民族的兴衰成败。因此,优化大学生政治素质既是社会主义政治文明建设中一项极其重要的战略任务,也是思想政治教育工作中一项十分艰巨的历史使命。 本文从“结构”入手,作为研究大学生政治素质优化的逻辑起点,从内容和过程两个角度深入剖析大学生政治素质各维度、各要素之间的相互关系。从静态方面讲,大学生政治素质优化的内容结构包括政治价值、政治心理、政治思想、政治品德、政治实践五个子系统,各子系统之间相互渗透、相互作用；从动态方面讲,大学生政治素质优化的形成过程包括政治认知、政治情感、政治意志、政治信仰、政治行为五个环节,各环节之间接续变化,螺旋上升。 大学生政治素质的优化过程是个体与社会环境相互作用、相互聚合的结果,在这一过程中主体因素与客观环境相互影响、相互平衡。影响大学生政治素质优化的因素,包括宏观层面的经济、政治、文化、社会环境,中观层面的家庭环境、学校教育、大众传媒,微观层面的朋辈团体、自身个性等因素。三个层面的影响因素之间相互渗透、相互交叉,共同影响着大学生政治素质的形成和发展。 通过实证调查研究,当前大学生政治素质总体上呈现积极健康稳定的态势,但同样也存在着一些不容忽视的问题。主要表现为：政治信仰趋于成熟,坚定与迷惘相伴；政治立场鲜明,希望与困惑并存；政治热情趋高,关心与淡漠相容；政治评价多元,认同与危机交错。大学生政治素质呈现政治价值主导一元化、政治参与途径多样化、政治评价取向实用化、政治行为选择理性化的时代特征。大学生政治素质发展趋势为：与主导价值观之间的互动态势更加明显,与政治生态环境之间的需求更加吻合,政治素质表现由整齐划一趋于复杂多元,政治行为选择由偏激片面趋于理性务实。 大学生政治素质优化体系的构建以社会主义核心价值体系为核心内容,以适应社会主义政治文明建设需要的现代公民意识为基本指向,包括培养政治人主体意识是大学生政治素质优化的内在引擎,发挥思想政治教育功能是大学生政治素质优化的根本途径,加强社会主义政治文明建设是大学生政治素质优化的有力支撑和可靠保障,营造良好的政治生态环境是大学生政治素质优化的重要条件,拓宽政治参与渠道是大学生政治素质优化的有效措施,充分利用有效资源是大学生政治素质优化的整体合力,科学借鉴国外经验是大学生政治素质优化的必要补充。
[Abstract]:In college students' quality structure, political quality is the most important, not only the overall development direction and power play role on college students, but also related to the consolidation and development of our party and the socialist system of our country, and even related to the success or failure of the whole Chinese nation. Therefore, optimization is an important strategic task of the construction of socialist political civilization the political quality of college students is not only in the ideological and political education is a very arduous historical mission.
This paper starts from the "structure" as the logical starting point of the study of College Students' political quality optimization, from two aspects of content and process in-depth analysis of the dimensions of College Students' political quality, the relationship between the various elements. From the static perspective, the political quality of college students in the optimization of the content structure including political value, political psychology, political ideology, political morality the political practice, the five subsystems, mutual penetration, interaction between subsystems; from the dynamic perspective, the forming process including political cognition, political emotion and political quality optimization of college students, political will, political beliefs, five aspects of political behavior, the link between successive changes, spiral.
