中国高校自主招生的教育公平问题研究

【摘要】：高校自主招生是对传统的以高考分数为录取依据的高校招生录取体制的有力挑战和补充,有其现实的积极意义,是未来教育改革的重点。然而,高校自主招生试行以来,农村地区、偏远地区、经济落后地区生源的机会相对较少,各种金钱侵扰、权力介入等腐败现象在自主招生过程中存在,高校自主招生的公平性因此受到公众的质疑。自主招生的公平与信任危机将成为教育改革的阻力,也影响到社会主义和谐社会的建设,因此,深入系统地研究自主招生的理论与进行改革实践极为迫切。论文共五个部分：第一部分为绪论,主要是阐述论文的研究缘起、研究意义、研究综述以及研究方法等。第二部分重点回顾了新世纪中国自主招生的改革缘起和历史进程。第三部分重点剖析高校自主招生中出现的教育公平问题,并深刻指出其归因。第五部分针对现行自主招生的弊端和不足,提出进一步促进教育公平、改革与完善高校自主招生的路径选择。
[Abstract]:The independent enrollment of colleges and universities is a powerful challenge and supplement to the traditional admission system based on the scores of college entrance examination. It has its practical positive significance and is the key point of the future educational reform. However, since the independent enrollment has been tried out in colleges and universities, There are relatively few opportunities for students in rural, remote and economically backward areas. Corruption such as various kinds of money intrusion and power intervention exist in the process of independent enrollment. As a result, the fairness of autonomous enrollment in colleges and universities has been questioned by the public. The crisis of fairness and trust in autonomous enrollment will become an obstacle to education reform and will also affect the construction of a harmonious socialist society. It is urgent to deeply and systematically study the theory and reform practice of independent enrollment. The thesis consists of five parts:. The first part is the introduction, which mainly explains the origin, significance, research summary and research methods of the thesis. The second part mainly reviews the origin and historical process of China's independent enrollment reform in the new century. In the third part, the author analyzes the problem of educational fairness in the process of independent enrollment, and points out its attribution. In the 5th part, in view of the disadvantages and shortcomings of the current independent enrollment, the author proposes to further promote the education fairness, reform and perfect the path choice of the independent enrollment in colleges and universities.
