【摘要】：在思想政治理论课课堂教学中,教师是“05方案”教育改革目标达成的直接实施者,是对学生意识形态引导的观念表达者,是课程与教学论整合并实现有效教学的真正实践性主体,而教师的教学行为是教育目标达成的关键。观察和研究有效课堂的教师教学行为特征,建构具有可操作性的教学效果评价体系,是思想政治教育理论与实践的重要研究场域。本文从行为学角度出发,结合教育学、心理学等相关知识,以高校思想政治理论课教师课堂教学行为为观察对象,重点研究教师课堂有效教学行为的评价指标体系。旨在为一线教师和教育管理部门听课评课提供课堂观察和评价的技术路线,同时,从思想政治教育教学论的理论层面,探讨有效教学的结构、内涵。本文综合利用文献法、课堂观察法、问卷调查法以及比较法等理论与实证相结合的研究方法展开本专题的研究。第一部分,通过梳理国内外关于教师教学行为、国内关于思想政治理论课教学评价的研究现状,厘清有效教学、教师课堂教学行为等相关概念,论证本研究的必要性。第二部分,深入课堂实地观察,对比分析高效能和相对低效能的思想政治理论课课堂教师教学行为差异,并总结出各类教学行为的有效特征。第三部分,在各类行为有效特征实证研究基础上,初步设立评价指标,并通过问卷调查,筛选评价指标,确定指标权重,确立高校思想政治理论课教师课堂教学行为评价指标体系。第四部分,从教师内在观念、素养等方面,提出促进本研究评价指标体系更好地发挥价值导向作用的策略。
[Abstract]:In the classroom teaching of ideological and political theory, the teacher is the direct implementer of the educational reform goal of "05 plan" and the expression of the idea of ideological guidance to the students. It is the real practical subject of integrating curriculum and teaching theory to realize effective teaching, and the teacher's teaching behavior is the key to the achievement of educational goal. It is an important research field for the theory and practice of ideological and political education to construct an operable teaching effect evaluation system. From the point of view of behavior, this paper combines the relevant knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and so on. Taking the classroom teaching behavior of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities as the object of observation, This paper focuses on the evaluation index system of teachers' effective teaching behavior in class. It aims to provide the technical route of classroom observation and evaluation for first-line teachers and educational management departments, and at the same time, from the theoretical level of the theory of ideological and political education teaching. This paper makes comprehensive use of literature method, classroom observation method, questionnaire survey method and comparative method to carry out the research on this topic. By combing the domestic and foreign research on teachers' teaching behavior and domestic research on the teaching evaluation of ideological and political theory course, and clarifying the relevant concepts of effective teaching and teachers' classroom teaching behavior, the necessity of this study is demonstrated. Through the field observation in the classroom, the author compares and analyzes the differences between the teaching behavior of the ideological and political theory teachers with high efficiency and the low efficiency, and summarizes the effective characteristics of all kinds of teaching behaviors. On the basis of the empirical study on the effective characteristics of various behaviors, the evaluation index is established preliminarily, and the weight of the index is determined by the questionnaire survey, the screening of the evaluation index and the determination of the index weight. This paper establishes the evaluation index system of classroom teaching behavior of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. Part 4th puts forward the strategies to promote the evaluation index system of this study to play a better role in value guidance from the aspects of teachers' internal concepts and qualities.
