【摘要】：随着现代社会的发展,教育的地位和作用日益突出。但是高校管理方面暴露出来的问题越来越多,大学毫无生机的表现,也引起了越来越多的人的关注和焦虑,不改革,大学就没有创新能力,无法真正展示自身的魅力以求得更好的发展,无法与世界其他一流名校拉近距离,取得长足发展。所以,改革势在必行。国家也重视教育的发展,特别是“十二五”规划的出台,表明国家要在多个层面对高校进行改革的决心。本文采用文献研究法、归纳总结法、案例分析法,针对现代大学管理的特点,对我国现代大学管理制度问题及出现的原因进行剖析,并以中西两所大学的管理经验和组织模式,为其管理制度建立和完善,提出切实可行的对策。全文分为五个部分：第一部分,对现代大学管理制度研究进行探讨,制度的完善和创新是解决问题之根本。包括国内外研究现状和不足,相关概念的界定、研究意义。第二部分,叙述了现代大学的功能和管理特点,对扁平化理论及流程再造理论做了系统的阐述。第三部分,通过对国内外两所大学,即西南联大和美国加州大学的经验分析,从而获得管理制度方面的启示。第四部分,针对现代大学管理特点,提出我国现代大学管理制度上出现的问题,分别从大学外部管理制度和大学内部管理制度上剖析。第五部分,依据现代大学管理制度出现的种种问题,运用相应的理论知识,借鉴国内外成功经验,拟提出建设性意见。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern society, the status and function of education are becoming more and more prominent. However, more and more problems have been exposed in the management of colleges and universities, and the lifeless performance of universities has also aroused the concern and anxiety of more and more people, without reform. Universities will not have the ability to innovate, can't really show their charm in order to achieve better development, can't close up with other top famous schools in the world and make great progress. Therefore, reform is imperative. The country also attaches importance to the development of education. In particular, the introduction of the 12th Five-Year Plan indicates the determination of the state to reform colleges and universities at many levels. This paper adopts the literature research method, the inductive and summary method, the case analysis method, and aims at the characteristics of modern university management. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the management system of modern universities in China, and puts forward practical countermeasures for the establishment and perfection of the management system based on the management experience and organizational model of the two universities in China and the West. The full text is divided into five parts:. The first part discusses the research on the management system of modern universities. The perfection and innovation of the system is the fundamental to solve the problem, including the current research situation and deficiency at home and abroad, the definition of relevant concepts, and the significance of the research. In the second part, the functions and management characteristics of modern universities are described, and the flattening theory and the theory of process reengineering are systematically expounded. In the third part, the author analyses the experiences of two universities at home and abroad, that is, the Southwest University and the University of California, so as to obtain the enlightenment of the management system. In the 4th part, according to the characteristics of modern university management, the problems of modern university management system in China are put forward, which are analyzed from the external management system and the internal management system respectively. Part 5th, according to the problems of modern university management system, using the corresponding theoretical knowledge, draw lessons from the successful experience at home and abroad, to put forward constructive suggestions.
