【摘要】：近年来,如何通过建构合理的通识教育体系,来消除以往大学教育因过于强调专业教育所造成的大学毕业生知识基础和视野过于狭窄的弊端及不良影响,已经成为我国高等教育领域一个热门话题。国内一些著名的大学也已开始建设通识教育体系的实践探索,并取得了一定的实践经验与理论成果。同时,笔者也注意到,在通识教育课程体系的诸多功能中,其思想政治教育的功能并未引起足够的重视。胡锦涛同志曾指出：“切实加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,培养造就千千万万具有高尚思想品质和良好道德修养的优秀人才,对于确保实现全面建设小康社会、进而实现中华民族的伟大复兴,具有重大而深远的战略意义。”这一论述,深刻阐明了思想政治教育工作在高校的战略地位和极端重要性。而通识教育作为大学教育的一个重要环节,本身就具有极强的意识形态性,是传递世界观、人生观、价值观、政治观、审美观等思想观念的重要渠道。对这一渠道的忽视,将导致各种思想政治观念抢占通识教育课堂,不利于有中国特色社会主义思想政治观念的形成与传播,不利于有中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人的培养。因此,本文尝试从作为思想政治教育载体的角度,考察和分析大学通识教育课程体系建设问题,提出了一些还不成熟的见解,意在抛砖引玉,引起学术界对这一问题的重视。不足之处,恳请专家学者给予批评指正。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分序论,概述本论文的研究意义、前人相关研究成果综述、研究方法和创新点。第二部分介绍几个主要概念的涵义以及通识教育和思想政治教育的关系；第三部分论述了构建作为思想政治教育载体的高校通识教育课程体系的可行性和必要性；第四部分阐述了该通识教育课程体系的设置原则与实施措施；第五部分提出保障和促进作为思想政治教育载体的高校通识教育课程体系不断完善的几点建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, how to construct a reasonable general education system to eliminate the disadvantages and adverse effects of the former university education caused by too much emphasis on professional education, the knowledge base and vision of college graduates are too narrow. It has become a hot topic in the field of higher education in our country. Some famous universities in China have also begun to explore the practice of constructing the general education system, and have obtained some practical experience and theoretical achievements. At the same time, the author also notes that, Among the many functions of the general education curriculum system, the function of ideological and political education has not attracted enough attention. Comrade Hu Jintao once pointed out: "strengthen and improve the ideological and political education work of college students," It is of great and far-reaching strategic significance to cultivate thousands of excellent talents with noble ideological qualities and good moral cultivation to ensure the overall construction of a well-off society and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The strategic position and the extreme importance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are deeply expounded. As an important link in university education, general education itself has a strong ideological character, which conveys the world outlook, outlook on life, and values. The neglect of this channel will lead to all kinds of ideological and political ideas preempting the general education classroom, which is not conducive to the formation and dissemination of socialist ideological and political ideas with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, this paper attempts to investigate and analyze the construction of curriculum system of general education in universities from the perspective of ideological and political education carrier, which is not conducive to the cultivation of constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper puts forward some immature opinions, which are intended to draw the attention of the academic circles to this problem, and implores experts and scholars to give criticism and correction. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the preface theory, which summarizes the significance of this paper, the previous related research results. The second part introduces the meaning of several main concepts and the relationship between general education and ideological and political education. The third part discusses the feasibility and necessity of constructing the curriculum system of general education in colleges and universities as the carrier of ideological and political education. The fifth part puts forward some suggestions on how to guarantee and promote the curriculum system of general education in colleges and universities as a carrier of ideological and political education.
