四川师范大学经济管理类本科生培养问题分析及对策研究

【摘要】：如何培养一名优秀的本科毕业生,一直以来都是高校教育工作者们孜孜以求的一个问题。从20世纪初,我国著名教育学家陶行之老先生就提出了“生活即教育,社会即学校”的口号,告诉我们教育的本源是为了更好的生活。但是,当今教育却向着这个目标渐行渐远。笔者认为,大学生本科生的培养问题,不单单是一方面要素构成的。知识,能力,人生观,情感等诸多因素都是教育工作者需要注意的问题。人本主义,建构主义,行为主义等等思潮在当今学术界都有自己的理论基础。如何整合这些优秀思想,为本科生的培养提供有意义的建议,也是笔者长期思考的问题。在本文中,以笔者有限的经历,试图通过对四川师范大学本科生课程、生活、就业等方面的调查,总结国内其他高校在这方面的成功案例,并分析出四川师范大学经济管理类本科生培养方面的问题,提出课程,实习,就业等方面的建议,抛砖引玉,以期为四川师范大学本科生的培养做出微小的努力,回报四川师范大学七年的培养。本文包括八个章节,分别是第一章——绪论,第二章——经济管理类本科生培养基本依据,第三章——四川师范大学经济管理类本科生培养现状调查分析,第四章——经济管理类学生市场需求分析,第五章——四川师范大学经济管理类本科生培养现存问题分析,第六章——国内优秀大学本科生培养模式分析,第七章——四川师范大学经济管理类本科生培养对策建议,第八章——结束语。
[Abstract]:How to train an outstanding undergraduate graduate has always been a problem pursued by educators in colleges and universities. From the beginning of the 20th century, Tao Xingzhi, a famous educator in China, put forward "Life is Education," The slogan "society is school" tells us that the source of education is to live a better life. However, today's education is moving away from this goal. Knowledge, ability, outlook on life, emotion and many other factors are the problems that educators should pay attention to. Humanism, constructivism, Behaviorism and other trends of thought have their own theoretical basis in the academic world today. How to integrate these excellent ideas and provide meaningful suggestions for the cultivation of undergraduates is also a long-term problem for the author. In this paper, with the author's limited experience, Through the investigation of undergraduate courses, life and employment of Sichuan normal University, this paper summarizes the successful cases of other universities in China in this respect, and analyzes the problems in the cultivation of economic and management undergraduates in Sichuan normal University. This paper puts forward some suggestions on courses, internships, employment and so on, in order to make small efforts for the cultivation of undergraduate students of Sichuan normal University, and to reward the cultivation of Sichuan normal University for seven years. This paper includes eight chapters, which are the first chapter, the introduction, the second chapter, the basic basis for the cultivation of economic and management undergraduates, the third chapter, the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of economic and management undergraduates in Sichuan normal University. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the market demand of economic management students, the fifth chapter is the analysis of the existing problems in the cultivation of economic and management undergraduates of Sichuan normal University, the sixth chapter is the analysis of the cultivation mode of the domestic excellent undergraduate students. Chapter 7-suggestions on cultivating undergraduate students of economy and Management of Sichuan normal University, Chapter 8-conclusion.
