高校新生入学教育实效性的研究

【摘要】:随着社会、经济的不断发展,我国的高等教育也随之迅速地进入了大众化阶段。伴随着高考录取门槛的不断降低和学生数量的快速增长,新生入校后表现出对大学的不适应,诸如学习生活不能自主,没有明确的发展目标,作为大学生的角色感缺失等问题越来越突出。如何解决这些问题,成为许多专家、学者及有识之士不断研究探讨的主题。研究中发现,把好新生入学教育关,有助于学生实现从中学到大学的平稳过渡,使其尽快实现角色转变,,适应大学学习生活。遂选择对高校新生入学教育展开深入的调查研究。对在校学生进行调查研究的结果显示,大多数学生在大学四年的表现和状态并不理想。对各高校在新生入学教育的效果调查显示,各高校都已经开展新生入学教育活动,但收效甚微,没有实现其预期的活动目标。在研究过程中,运用皮亚杰的“建构主义”理论来论述高校新生入学教育的目的和建构,较好地阐述我国现在的新生入学教育的合理性与不足,同时也让我们看见在国外的新生入学教育模式中,适合我国国情的可参考和借鉴的成熟经验。并以此理论为依据,进行访谈并设计调查问卷,进行问卷发放与回收。对调查结果分析发现:(1)我国高校新生入学教育模式并没有随着学生的数量增长和需求的变化而与时俱进(2)目前高校新生入学教育没有达到预期目标的三个原因:学生并没有认清中学与大学的区别;资源、师资的投入缺乏与不断增长的学生数量之间的矛盾;高校新生入学教育模式的缺失和不足——只有活动,没有专门课程。针对事实调查的结果,及相关的理论研究,借鉴国外成熟的新生入学教育模式,结合我国现有国情,以及我国现有的成功典型案例,提出相应的合理化意见和建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the higher education of our country has entered the popular stage. With the decrease of entrance threshold of college entrance examination and the rapid growth of the number of students, the freshmen have been unable to adapt to the university after entering the university. Problems such as lack of autonomy in learning and living, lack of clear development goals, lack of sense of role as college students are becoming more and more prominent. How to solve these problems has become a lot of experts. Scholars and people of insight continue to study the subject of discussion. In the study, it is found that a good entrance education for freshmen can help students to achieve a smooth transition from middle school to university, so that they can realize their role change as soon as possible. To adapt to college study and life. Therefore, we choose to carry out an in-depth investigation and study on the entrance education of college freshmen. The results of the investigation and research on the students in the university show that, Most of the students' performance and status in the four years of college are not satisfactory. The results of the investigation on the effect of freshmen's entrance education in various colleges and universities show that all the colleges and universities have carried out freshmen's entrance education activities, but with little effect. In the course of the research, Piaget's "constructivism" theory is used to discuss the purpose and construction of freshmen's entrance education in colleges and universities, so as to explain the rationality and deficiency of the current freshmen's entrance education in our country. At the same time, let us also see the mature experience that can be used for reference and reference in the mode of freshman entrance education abroad, and based on this theory, we conduct interviews and design questionnaires. Through the analysis of the survey results, we found that the enrollment education model of freshmen in our country has not kept pace with the growth of the number of students and the demand of the students. 2) at present, the entrance education of freshmen in colleges and universities has not reached the level. There are three reasons for the expected goal: students do not recognize the difference between middle school and university; The contradiction between the lack of resources, the lack of teacher input and the growing number of students; the lack and inadequacy of the model of college freshmen's entrance education-only activities, no specialized courses, the results of fact finding, and related theoretical studies, This paper draws lessons from the mature new students' entrance education mode in foreign countries, combines the current situation of our country, and the successful typical cases in our country, and puts forward the corresponding rational opinions and suggestions.
