大学生未来取向影响因素及其作用机制研究

【摘要】：大学时期是一个思考未来，准备向成年过渡的时期，是一个集中建构新思想、新观念、兴趣、责任、自我信念以及确立价值观的时期。人们如何看待自己的未来，自己的目标、愿望或期望是什么，，称为“未来取向”。本论文首先综述了国外关于未来取向发展的理论观点和实证研究，在此基础上结合中国文化背景修订了心理学家Seginer的“未来取向问卷”，并采用修订后的问卷对大学四个年级近1500名大学生进行了调查，然后在调查数据和已有理论观点的基础上系统分析了在未来三大发展领域中大学生未来取向的发展，对大学生未来取向的心理结构和特点进行研究，对Seginer编制的未来取向问卷进行修订，考察未来取向与人格特质、自我概念、成就目标、学习投入之间的相互关系。主要得出以下结论： 1、大学生未来取向的心理结构包括了动机成分、认知表征和行为成分。 2大学生的未来取向在专业、性别、年级上存在显著差异。大学生的未来教育取向在专业、性别、年级、城乡上存在显著差异，大学生的未来职业取向在专业、性别、年级上存在显著差异；大学生的未来家庭取向在专业、性别、年级上存在显著差异。 3、人格特质对大学生未来取向有预测作用。大五人格的宜人性、外向性、情绪稳定性、尽责性与大学生未来教育取向、职业取向、家庭取向均有显著相关。 4、自我概念对大学生未来取向有预测作用。生理自我、道德伦理自我、个人自我、家庭自我、社会自我、自我认同、自我满意、自我行动与未来教育取向、职业取向、家庭取向均存在显著正相关。 5、大学生未来取向、成就目标（成绩趋近、掌握趋近、成绩回避、掌握回避）与学习投入之间相关显著，大学生的成绩趋近与掌握趋近在未来取向与学习投入之间起中介作用。
[Abstract]:College is a time to think about the future, to prepare for the transition to adulthood, to focus on new ideas, new ideas, interests, responsibilities, self-beliefs, and to establish values. What desire or expectation is, is called "future orientation". This paper first summarizes the foreign theoretical views and empirical research on the development of future orientation. On this basis, the psychologist Seginer's "Future orientation questionnaire" was revised in combination with the Chinese cultural background, and nearly 1500 college students in four grades were investigated with the revised questionnaire. Then, on the basis of the survey data and the existing theoretical viewpoints, the author systematically analyzes the development of the future orientation of college students in the future three development fields, and studies the psychological structure and characteristics of the future orientation of college students. The future orientation questionnaire compiled by Seginer is revised to examine the relationship between future orientation and personality traits, self-concept, achievement goals and learning input. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1. The psychological structure of college students' future orientation includes motivation, cognitive representation and behavior. 2 there are significant differences in the future orientation of college students in major, sex and grade. There are significant differences in the future education orientation of college students in major, sex, grade, urban and rural areas, and the future career orientation of college students is in specialty, sex; There are significant differences in grade and family orientation among major, sex and grade. 3. Personality traits can predict the future orientation of college students. The personality of Big five personality has significant correlation with the orientation of college students' future education, career orientation and family orientation, such as suitably human nature, extroversion, emotional stability and due diligence. 4. Self-concept can predict the future orientation of college students. Physical self, moral and ethical self, personal self, family self, social self, self-identity, self-satisfaction, self-action and future education orientation, career orientation. There was significant positive correlation between family orientation and family orientation. 5. College students' future orientation, achievement goal (achievement approach, mastery approach, achievement avoidance, mastery avoidance) and learning investment are significantly related, and college students' achievement approach and mastery play an intermediary role between future orientation and learning investment.
