【摘要】:高等教育作为一种重要的公共产品,是社会资源分配的重要调节器,公平与否意义重大。20世纪90年代以来,我国高等教育实现了跨越式发展,步入了大众化的阶段,取得了巨大的成绩。然而,高等教育资源依然不能满足社会需求,在入学机会、受教育的过程及结果方面均存在不公平,并且还有不断加剧的趋势,逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。1971年,罗尔斯正义原则提出,,一石激起千层浪,引起了各方关于社会正义问题的广泛讨论。鉴于此,在罗尔斯正义论视阈下,对我国目前高等教育公平相关问题进行深入研究,并提出对策和措施,对于推动我国高等教育健康发展、促进社会主义和谐社会的顺利实现都具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本文在罗尔斯正义原则视阈下对我国高等教育公平问题进行了系统全面的分析,并提出了对策。论文共六部分。第一部分绪论,主要论述了研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状,并提出了本文的研究方法。第二部分从罗尔斯正义原则的提出、涵义、评析三方面对罗尔斯正义原则进行了论述。第三部分主要对公平、教育公平、高等教育公平相关概念进行了界定。第四部分现象描述。从高等教育的起点、过程、结果三个方面,总结了我国高等教育中存在的诸多不公平现象。第五部分原因分析。从基础教育阶段、高考招生录取制度、教育资源配置、家庭与阶层差距、性别、收费制度等六个方面分析了影响高等教育公平的因素。第六部分对策。依据罗尔斯正义原则,从提高我国高等教育入学机会均等程度、强化政府的主导责任、完善收费和资助制度,抑制因客观因素导致的不公平、促进我国高等教育中的性别公平四个方面进行了深入的论述,提出了促进我国高等教育公平的对策。
[Abstract]:Higher education, as an important public product, is an important regulator for the distribution of social resources. Since the 1990s, the higher education of our country has realized the development by leaps and bounds and stepped into the stage of popularization. Great achievements have been made. However, the resources of higher education still fail to meet the needs of society, are unfair in terms of access to education, the process and outcome of education, and there is a growing trend, Gradually becoming the focus of attention. In 1971, the Rawls principle of justice proposed that one stone stirred up a thousand waves, which caused extensive discussions on the issue of social justice. In view of this, under the perspective of Rawls' theory of justice, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study deeply the related problems of higher education equity in our country at present and put forward countermeasures and measures to promote the healthy development of higher education in China and the smooth realization of socialist harmonious society. This paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the fairness of higher education in China from the perspective of Rawls' justice principle, and puts forward some countermeasures. The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the background and significance of the research. The second part discusses Rawls' principle of justice from three aspects: the justice principle of Rawls, the equity of education, and the principle of justice in education. The fourth part describes the phenomenon from the starting point, the process, the result of higher education. This paper summarizes many unfair phenomena in higher education in China. The fifth part analyzes the reasons. From the stage of basic education, the enrollment system of college entrance examination, the allocation of educational resources, the gap between family and class, gender, In the sixth part, according to Rawls' principle of justice, the author analyzes the factors that affect the fairness of higher education from six aspects, such as improving the degree of equal access to higher education and strengthening the leading responsibility of the government. This paper makes a deep discussion on four aspects of perfecting the system of charging and subsidizing, restraining the unfairness caused by objective factors, and promoting the gender equity in higher education of our country, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the fairness of higher education in our country.
