多元文化背景下当代大学生理想信念教育研究

【摘要】：大学生是国家和民族的希望所在，是国家宝贵的人才资源，更是社会主义现代化建设的中坚力量。理想信念教育是高校思想政治教育的核心内容，，是国家和民族生存、发展和振兴的精神支柱。当今社会的开放使我们已经进入了一个多元文化的时代，多元文化给大学生的理想信念教育带来了机遇和挑战。因此，在多种文化相互激荡的多元文化背景下加强大学生理想信念教育变得尤为必要和紧迫。本文运用思想政治教育的相关理论，以调查问卷的形式对多元文化背景下当代大学生理想信念状况进行了调查分析。通过对多元文化背景下当代大学生理想信念现状的分析，探讨了多元文化给大学生理想信念教育带来的机遇和挑战，对加强大学生理想信念教育所坚持的原则进行了探索，提出坚持用社会主义核心价值体系教育当代大学生、弘扬中华民族的传统文化和红色主旋律文化、充分利用网络等新媒体加强大学生的自我教育、发挥其主观能动性和组织大学生积极参加社会实践，使理论与实践紧密结合的策略来加强大学生理想信念教育。希望本研究对处在多元文化背景下的大学生理想信念提供积极的引导作用。
[Abstract]:College students are the hope of the country and the nation, the precious talent resources of the country, and the backbone of the socialist modernization. The ideal and belief education is the core content of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the survival of the country and the nation. Development and rejuvenation of the spiritual pillar. Today's open society has made us into a multicultural era, multiculturalism has brought opportunities and challenges to the education of college students' ideals and beliefs. It is necessary and urgent to strengthen the education of college students' ideals and beliefs under the background of multi-culture agitation. Based on the relevant theories of ideological and political education, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the status quo of college students' ideals and beliefs in the multicultural background by means of a questionnaire, and through the analysis of the present situation of college students' ideals and beliefs under the multicultural background. This paper probes into the opportunities and challenges brought by multiculturalism to the education of ideals and beliefs of college students, probes into the principles of strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs of college students, and puts forward that the education of contemporary college students should be carried out with the system of socialist core values. To carry forward the traditional culture of the Chinese nation and the culture of the red theme, to make full use of new media such as the Internet to strengthen college students' self-education, to give play to their subjective initiative and to organize them to actively participate in social practice, It is hoped that this study will provide positive guidance to the college students in the multicultural background of their ideals and beliefs.
