【摘要】：在全球步入知识经济时代的大环境下，国际竞争日益激烈，科学的发展与知识的创新越来越成为决定一个国家或一个民族发展进程的决定性因素。我国在改革开放后实施了科教兴国战略，随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的确立和高等教育改革进程的不断深化，我国大学的生存、发展环境发生了显著的变化。传统文化中，大学学术人群有着良好的社会形象，社会公众对其道德期望也很高，但随着社会转型带来的阶层结构和利益格局的深刻调整，高校的学术研究也出现了不和谐的现象，严重破坏了教书育人的学术风气，造成了极其负面的社会影响。令人震惊的学术不端行为，使大学的学术形象遭到破坏，，学术研究陷入诚信危机，行为者不仅损害自身的名誉，更损害了所在院校学术团体的名誉，影响的不仅是我国高校的学术风气，更是败坏了我国学术界整体的学术环境，甚至影响到了中国学术在国际科学界的声誉。端正学术态度，重塑学术形象，坚守学术道德，遏制学术不端行为已引起国家教育部及各大高校的重视。本文旨在全面透彻分析学术不端的内涵、本质及影响，探讨高校学术不端事件频发的根本原因，借鉴西方发达国家对学术不端问题的成熟的理论体系和实践经验，进而系统的、有针对性的提出我国在完善高校学术不端问题的防范机制的有效对策，促进我国高校学术风气的净化，完善高校学术管理体制。
[Abstract]:In the global era of knowledge economy, the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The development of science and the innovation of knowledge have become more and more decisive factors for the development of a country or a nation. China has implemented the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education after the reform and opening up. With the establishment of the socialist market economy system and the deepening of the reform of higher education, the survival and development environment of the universities in China has changed significantly. In the traditional culture, the academic population of universities has a good social image. The public's moral expectations are also very high, but with the profound adjustment of the stratum structure and interest pattern brought about by the social transformation, the academic research in colleges and universities has also appeared the phenomenon of disharmony, which has seriously damaged the academic atmosphere of teaching and educating people. Resulting in extremely negative social consequences... Shocking academic misconduct, the destruction of the academic image of the university, a crisis of integrity in academic research, and not only the reputation of the perpetrator, It has also damaged the reputation of academic groups in the institutions in which they belong. What has affected not only the academic atmosphere in our universities, but also the overall academic environment of our country, has even affected the reputation of Chinese academics in the international scientific community. Remolding academic image, adhering to academic morality and curbing academic misconduct have attracted the attention of the Ministry of Education and universities. The purpose of this paper is to thoroughly analyze the connotation, essence and influence of academic misconduct, to explore the fundamental causes of the frequent occurrence of academic misconduct in colleges and universities, and to draw lessons from the mature theoretical system and practical experience of western developed countries on academic misconduct. Then the effective countermeasures to perfect the prevention mechanism of academic misconduct in colleges and universities are put forward systematically and pertinently in order to promote the purification of academic ethos and perfect the academic management system in colleges and universities.
