大学与中小学合作发展中的权力冲突与调适策略研究

【摘要】：近年来，大学与中小学合作发展在我国已初具规模，为教育改革和教师发展提供了广阔的视野和思路。可以说，大学与中小学合作发展模式逐步拓宽了教师教育的发展渠道。本文围绕大学与中小学合作发展中的权力冲突提出了三个研究问题：1.大学与中小学合作发展中权力分配存在的主要问题是什么？2.大学与中小学合作发展中权力冲突产生的原因有哪些？3.如何调适大学与中小学合作发展中的权力冲突？由这三个问题构成了本文的研究主线。首先，笔者通过深度访谈方式，对大学与中小学合作发展中权力分配问题的实际情况进行了分析。研究发现，在现实中大学与中小学合作发展中的权力冲突主要体现在参与权、话语权和决策权三个方面。其后，本文从文化的碰撞、制度的缺失、利益的失衡三个层面出发，对大学与中小学合作发展中权力冲突的成因进行分析。在文化层面上，传统文化的积淀性、学校文化的相异性、教师文化的内隐性构成了权力冲突的本质；在制度层面上，，政策法规的空白、管理体制的异同、评价机制的单一、激励机制的局限构成了权力冲突的根源；在利益层面上，利益不能双赢、利益交换目标凸显是权力冲突的核心。在上述分析的基础上，本文构建了以“利益双赢、三方协同”为核心的大学与中小学合作的权力配置模式，对参与合作的大学教师、中小学教师和教育行政部门相关参与人员三方明确提出权力分配边界，进而从实现共同取向的文化融合、提供全面有效的制度支持、协调统筹兼顾的利益均衡三个层面，提出大学与中小学合作发展由可能向现实转化的调适策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the cooperative development between universities and primary and secondary schools has begun to take shape in China. It provides a broad field of vision and ideas for educational reform and teacher development. It can be said that the cooperative development mode between universities and primary and secondary schools has gradually broadened the development channel of teacher education.
This paper focuses on the conflict of power u-scooperation in the development and puts forward three research questions: what are the main problems of power distribution of 1. u-scooperation development? What are the causes of conflict of power 2. u-scooperation development? 3. how to adjust the power conflict adaptation u-scooperation development in? By the three issues constitute the main content of the thesis.
First of all, through in-depth interviews, the actual situation of the power allocation problem of u-scooperation in the development were analyzed. The study found that the conflict of power in reality u-scooperation development is mainly reflected in the right to participate, three aspects of discourse and decision-making.
Then, from the cultural collision, lack of system, three aspects of the imbalance of interest, causes of the power of University School Cooperation in the development of the conflict. At the cultural level, the accumulation of traditional culture, the diversity of the school culture, teachers' implicit culture constitutes the essence of the conflict; in the aspect of system, control policies and regulations, and the management system of the single assessment system, the incentive mechanism of the limited form the origin of the conflict; in the interest level, interest is not a win-win situation, the exchange of interests is the core goal to highlight the conflict of power.
On the basis of the above analysis, the construction of the "three party collaborative win-win" as the core of u-scooperation power allocation model, to participate in the cooperation of university teachers, related to personnel involved in the three party clearly put forward the power distribution boundary of teachers and the administrative departments of education in primary and secondary schools, and then from the cultural integration to achieve common the orientation, provide comprehensive and effective support system, the overall balance of interests coordination in three aspects, put forward coping strategies of University School Cooperation Development transformed by likely to reality.
