工业设计就业指导初探

【摘要】：工业设计是中国的“新兴学科”，是世界艺术史及世界史上始终不可或缺的一门专业。设计本身是人类特有的、有预见的、合目的性的、合规律性的价值创造活动，它通过构思和解决问题使原有的事物得以更新、增值和发展。它是伴随工业革命批量生产的出现而形成的，它的发展给予社会带来了大量的机会。近年来，我国工业设计从无到有，，历经了20多年的发展，已经有了很大的改观，但是社会对工业设计专业的需求很大。大量的工业设计人在不断的涌现，而顶尖人才稀缺，这对于学习、从事工业设计的人们是一种激励，是一个福音，更是一个挑战。在这个机遇遍布的时候，工业设计专业的学生又该如何把握机会，让每个人与社会实现双赢，这就需要自己去做一个良好的职业规划。学生选择专业，当然不应该只是看重哪一门专业热门而去涉足，专业与职业之间密切相连，但又有区别，专业是为职业服务，职业又为专业起导向作用。虽然工业设计专业毕业的学生并不是都会从事设计，有的可能从教，有的从政，甚至从事的职业与专业根本毫无关联，但是人生有一份好的规划才能够辉煌，这是必然。读过万卷书，却无法为社会创造财富，这是对知识的侮辱，无论读书期间多么优秀，却无法成功的进入社会，这也是违背教育初衷的。学习固然是必须的，学习之后的就业，对社会创造财富也是更加重要的。我自身在校从事就业指导工作。而所学习的专业是工业设计。对于个人来说，工作是实现社会分工的具体方式，每个自然人都可以通过工作使自己融入社会，从而结识一些原本陌生的人，并通过这些人际关系所产生的社会力量来帮助自己发挥潜力，为社会创造更大的价值，同时也为自己赢得更好的生活。这篇论文，我希望专门就艺术类工业设计专业的学生给出一份好的前景分析希望我专业的同行将有一条顺畅的人生之路，也盼望中国的工业设计能出现一批新星人才让它欣欣向荣，良性发展。
[Abstract]:Industrial design is a new subject in China. It is an indispensable subject in the history of world art and world history.Design itself is a unique, predictable, purposeful and regular value creation activity, which makes the original things renew, add value and develop through thinking and solving problems.It was formed with the emergence of mass production in the industrial revolution, and its development brought a lot of opportunities to the society.In recent years, industrial design in China has changed greatly after more than 20 years of development, but there is a great demand for industrial design specialty.A large number of industrial designers are constantly emerging, and top talent is scarce, which is a kind of inspiration, a gospel and a challenge for people who study and work in industrial design.In this time of opportunity, industrial design students how to seize the opportunity to make everyone and society to achieve win-win, which needs to do a good career planning.Students' choice of major, of course, should not only focus on which professional hot and dabble, professional and career are closely linked, but there are differences, major is for career service, professional and professional guidance.Although not all graduates of industrial design major will be engaged in design, some may teach, some may go into politics, and even the profession has nothing to do with their major, but it is inevitable that there is a good plan for life.Reading thousands of books, but can not create wealth for society, this is an insult to knowledge, no matter how excellent reading, but can not successfully enter society, this is also contrary to the original intention of education.Learning is certainly necessary. Employment after study is also more important for social wealth creation.I am engaged in employment guidance at school.And the major studied is industrial design.For individuals, work is the concrete way to realize the division of labor in society. Each natural person can integrate himself into society by working so as to get to know some strange people.And through the social forces generated by these relationships to help them realize their potential, to create greater value for society, but also to win a better life for themselves.In this paper, I hope that I will give a good perspective to the students majoring in industrial design of art. I hope that my professional colleagues will have a smooth way of life.Also hope that China's industrial design can appear a group of new talent to make it prosperous, benign development.
