高校大学生生命教育问题与对策研究

【摘要】:生命是生物界特有的现象。生命观,是人对于生命以及人与生命关系的根本观点和根本看法,,是人们在对生命的认知和处理上所持有的基本立场、态度和观点的体系。高校大学生生命教育是指高校作为教育主体在生命观方面对大学生这一教育客体所进行的教育活动,在内容上主要包括生命认知教育、生命态度教育、生命安全教育和生命价值教育。开展大学生生命教育有助于大学生树立健康、积极的生命观,保障身心健康成长,以及回归教育本质和推动高校德育的发展,也是大学生适应社会发展变化以及构建和谐社会的必然要求。 大学生生命教育虽起步较晚,但已陆续在高校开展,并且取得了一些令人欣喜的成绩。但是,现今的高校生命教育并没有跟上时代的步伐,仍然存在着不容忽视的问题:对大学生生命教育的必要性、重要性认识不到位;对大学生生命观方面的实际教育严重缺乏;高校相关部门协调不力、机制不健全。之所以会出现这些问题,主要是因为三大因素的制约:受社会环境的影响,高校角色地位不甚清晰,对在生命教育方面如何发挥自身的作用,缺乏深度认识;人文教育不足,高校教育理念稍显滞后,偏于重视应试教育和技术教育,轻视了素质教育和人文教育;高校投入的师资人员不足,尚不能满足高校生命教育发展的实际。 解决大学生生命教育中存在的问题,保障生命教育的顺利开展,必须采取行之有效的对策。第一,要营造大学生生命教育的育人环境,加强人文教育和校园文化建设。高校应当确立人文教育的理念,注重人文关怀;同时,优化校园文化环境,以校园文化活动为载体,引导生命教育。第二,丰富生命教育的内容与途径,坚持课堂教学与课外实践相结合。高校应当大力进行教材建设、完善课程建设、努力做好学科建设;在课堂教学上,既需要一般性理论知识的讲授,也需要直观性的案例分析;积极组织第二课堂,通过各种形式的社会实践活动开展生命教育。第三,以大学生心理健康教育为依托,建立生命教育的常态机制。首先,针对全体大学生,广泛普及心理健康教育知识;其次,针对少数有心理问题的大学生,积极开展心理辅导和心理咨询工作;最后,改变传统应试教育评价体系,构建以心理健康为基础的生命教育评价体系。
[Abstract]:Life is a unique phenomenon in the biological world.The view of life is the basic point of view and fundamental view of life and the relationship between man and life. It is the system of people's basic position, attitude and viewpoint on the cognition and treatment of life.College students' life education refers to the educational activities of college students as the subject of life, including life cognition education and life attitude education.Life safety education and life value education.Carrying out the life education of college students is helpful for college students to establish a healthy and positive view of life, to ensure the growth of physical and mental health, to return to the essence of education and to promote the development of moral education in colleges and universities.It is also an inevitable requirement for college students to adapt to the changes of social development and to build a harmonious society.Although the life education of college students started late, it has been carried out in colleges and universities one after another, and has made some gratifying achievements.However, the current life education in colleges and universities has not kept pace with the times, and there are still problems that can not be ignored: the necessity and importance of life education of college students is not in place, the actual education on the view of life of college students is seriously lacking;The coordination of relevant departments in colleges and universities is weak and the mechanism is not perfect.These problems arise mainly because of the constraints of three major factors: due to the influence of the social environment, the role of colleges and universities is not very clear, they lack a deep understanding of how to play their own role in life education, and the humanities education is insufficient.The concept of higher education lags behind, and it pays more attention to examination-oriented education and technical education, despises the quality education and humanistic education, and the shortage of teachers in colleges and universities cannot satisfy the reality of the development of life education in colleges and universities.In order to solve the problems existing in college students' life education and ensure the smooth development of life education, effective countermeasures must be taken.First, it is necessary to create an educational environment for college students' life education and strengthen humanistic education and campus culture construction.Colleges and universities should establish the concept of humanistic education, pay attention to humanistic care, at the same time, optimize the campus cultural environment, take campus cultural activities as the carrier, guide life education.Second, enrich the content and ways of life education, insist on the combination of classroom teaching and extracurricular practice.Colleges and universities should make great efforts to build teaching materials, perfect curriculum construction and make great efforts to do a good job in discipline construction; in classroom teaching, both general theoretical knowledge and intuitive case analysis are needed, and the second classroom should be organized actively.Through various forms of social practice activities to carry out life education.Thirdly, based on the psychological health education of college students, the normal mechanism of life education should be established.First, for all college students, widely popularize the knowledge of mental health education; secondly, for a few college students with psychological problems, actively carry out psychological counseling and psychological counseling; finally, change the traditional exam-oriented education evaluation system.Construct life education evaluation system based on mental health.
