【摘要】：党的十六届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大历史问题的决定》提出：要把社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育和精神文明建设之中，建设社会主义和谐文化。高校校园文化作为社会主义文化的重要组成部分，它的建设也需要社会主义核心价值体系的引领，这对于解决高校校园文化建设过程中所面临的问题具有重要意义。当前，我国高校都十分重视通过校园文化建设来提高整体办学水平。总体来说，我国高校校园文化建设是健康向上的，但随着市场经济的深入发展以及全球化带来的深刻变革，外来文化和价值观念已经给我国传统文化和价值观带来了不同程度上的的冲击。在这样的形势下，，高校校园文化建设迫切需要社会主义核心价值体系来引导。社会主义核心价值体系和高校校园文化之间的关系是，社会主义核心价值体系是引领高校校园文化的思想基础，高校校园文化是社会主义核心价值体系的载体。社会主义核心价值体系引领高校校园文化建设不仅是促进校园文化健康发展以及加强大学生思想政治教育的需要，也是全社会践行社会主义核心价值体系的需要；社会主义核心价值体系引领高校校园文化建设的途径包括：坚持马克思主义指导地位，确保高校校园文化建设正确方向、树立中国特色社会主义共同理想，促进高校校园文化全面发展、培养民族精神和时代精神，提升高校校园文化凝聚力和创造力、弘扬社会主义荣辱观，加强高校校园文化建设的道德基础；此外，高校还应该建立并深化社会主义核心价值体系对高校校园文化建设的引领机制，才能构建健康、文明、和谐、先进的校园文化。
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on Building a harmonious Socialist Society", adopted by the sixth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, proposes that the socialist core value system should be integrated into national education and spiritual civilization.Building a harmonious socialist culture.As an important part of socialist culture, the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities also needs the guidance of socialist core value system, which is of great significance to solve the problems in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities.At present, colleges and universities in China attach great importance to the construction of campus culture to improve the overall level of running schools.Generally speaking, the campus culture construction in our country is healthy and upward, but with the deep development of market economy and the profound change brought by globalization,Foreign culture and values have brought different impacts to our traditional culture and values.In this situation, the construction of campus culture urgently needs socialist core value system to guide.The relationship between the socialist core value system and the campus culture is that the socialist core value system is the ideological basis of leading the campus culture and the campus culture is the carrier of the socialist core value system.Leading the construction of campus culture by socialist core value system is not only the need to promote the healthy development of campus culture and strengthen the ideological and political education of college students, but also the need for the whole society to practice the socialist core value system.The ways for socialist core value system to lead the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities include adhering to the guiding position of Marxism, ensuring the correct direction of the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, and establishing the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To promote the overall development of campus culture in colleges and universities, to cultivate national spirit and spirit of the times, to enhance the cohesion and creativity of campus culture, to carry forward the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and to strengthen the moral basis of the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities;Colleges and universities should also establish and deepen the guiding mechanism of socialist core value system to the construction of campus culture in order to build healthy, civilized, harmonious and advanced campus culture.
