北京体育大学在校统招硕士研究生择业观现状调查

【摘要】：随着高校研究生的扩招,近几年研究生毕业人数急剧增加,其就业形势日趋严峻。在这样的形势下,体育学研究生的就业难的问题已经凸显出来,而且越来越受到社会的关注。因此通过了解体育专业研究生的择业现状,根据实际情况制定相应的政策,对于增强学生的学习积极性以及学校就业工作和学校的进一步发展、促进体育人才的合理利用有着重要意义。本研究以体育专业研究生中的重点院校北京体育大学统招硕士研究生的择业观现状为研究对象,运用文献综述法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对北京体育大学统招硕士研究生择业观现状进行研究,揭示出了北京体育大学统招硕士研究生在择业中存在的问题,描述了北京体育大学研究生择业观现状,并对体育专业学生在择业中的影响因素进行了探索。通过研究得出结论如下： 1、北京体育大学统招硕士研究生在择业动机上主要表现为：满足生活基本需要的同时希望能够最大限度的实现自我价值,随着年级的升高,学生年龄增大和阅历增多,在择业动机的选择上越来越现实。 2、北京体育大学统招硕士研究生在地域选择上偏向于经济发达地区,工作选择上则是侧重于稳定,福利待遇优厚的工作,而对薪金的要求并没有因为就业压力大而降低。 3、北京体育大学统招硕士研究生在对就业压力的认知程度选择上,能够准确的认知就业压力存在的现实性,在自我认知程度上,大多数调查对象能够准确的对兴趣、爱好、性格和气质方面进行认知,但缺乏对自己专业情况和综合能力情况的认知。大部分统招硕士研究生具有明确的发展目标,但是跨专业考研的硕士研究生一般来说较非跨专业考取的统招硕士研究生具有较明确的职业发展目标和长远的职业生涯规划。 4、北京体育大学统招硕士研究生为择业所作的准备并不充分；在择业途径选择上,北京体育大学统招硕士研究生选择的主要途径为：社会招聘会、导师推荐或者是学校老师介绍、校园招聘。 5、北京体育大学统招硕士研究生择业影响因素主要是体现在学生自身、学校培养和就业指导、社会就业环境三个方面。
[Abstract]:With the enrollment expansion of graduate students in Colleges and universities, the number of graduate students has increased rapidly in recent years, and their employment situation is becoming more and more serious. In this situation, the problem of the difficult employment of Postgraduates in sports science has been highlighted, and more and more attention has been paid to the society. The corresponding policy is of great significance to enhance the students' enthusiasm for learning and the further development of school employment and school, and to promote the rational use of sports talents.
This study focuses on the status quo of the career selection of master's graduate students in the key colleges and universities of physical education major, using the literature review method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to study the status quo of career selection of Master graduate students of Beijing Sport University, and reveals the master's degree of master of recruitment of Beijing Sport University. The problems of graduate students in the selection of career are described, and the status of the graduate students' Outlook on career selection is described, and the influencing factors of the sports major students in the career selection are explored. The conclusions are as follows:
1, the master's motivation of the master of master of the Beijing Sport University is as follows: to meet the basic needs of life and to maximize the realization of self value. With the increase of grade, students' age and experience are increasing, and the choice of career motivation is becoming more and more realistic.
2, the master's graduate students of Beijing Sport University tend to be in the economically developed areas with regional choice. Their job selection is focused on stability and good welfare, and the demand for salary is not reduced because of the great pressure of employment.
3, the graduate students of the Beijing Sport University are able to accurately recognize the reality of employment pressure in the choice of cognition of employment pressure. In the degree of self cognition, most of the respondents can accurately understand the interests, hobbies, character and temperament, but lack of their own professional situation and comprehensive ability. Most of the master's graduate students have a clear development goal, but the master graduate students across the major graduate students generally have a clearer career development goal and long-term career planning than the non interdisciplinary graduate students.
4, the master graduate students of the Beijing Sport University are not fully prepared for the job selection. In choosing the choice of career path, the main ways for the master graduate students to choose from Beijing Sport University are: the social recruitment, the recommendation of the tutors, the introduction of school teachers, and the recruitment of the campus.
5, the influencing factors of graduate employment in Beijing Sport University are mainly reflected in three aspects: students themselves, school training and employment guidance, and social employment environment.
