基于辅导员视角的高校学生事务目标管理模式研究

【摘要】：学生事务管理作为高校管理的一个重要组成部分，对高校实现人才培养的目标具有不可替代的作用。当今学生事务管理正面临着社会转型期的巨大挑战，迫切需要在思想领域更新管理理念，在行为领域明确工作方式、创新管理模式。开展高校学生事务管理工作，既要虚心学习、认真研究国际上的先进经验和有益做法，区别对待，为我所用；又要立足国内高校实际，积极探索，大胆创新。本文从辅导员的工作视角出发，探讨新形势下学生事务管理新模式，旨在改进和完善当前的高校学生事务管理工作。首先，明确研究对象、相关概念和理论。通过对高校学生事务管理模式、目标管理以及高校辅导员制度的阐述为我国高校学生事务管理模式的改进和创新提供理论支撑。其次，现状分析、发现问题。在对国内外高校学生事务管理模式进行深入分析的基础上，指出构建新时期我国高校学生事务管理模式的必要性和紧迫性。再次，，提出设想、构建模型。通过分析目标管理在高校学生事务管理中运用的可行性，形成了高校学生事务目标管理这一基本思想，接着对我国高校学生事务目标管理的组织机构进行设置，从目标体系的设立、目标管理的实施以及目标管理的评价这三个过程对我国高校学生事务目标管理模式进行具体的构建。最后，实证分析。利用已构建的高校学生事务目标管理模式对燕山大学学生事务管理的组织机构进行设置，拟设计开发“燕山大学学生事务目标管理信息系统”，分别从目标制定、目标执行、成果评价和奖惩激励四个模块设计信息系统，旨在提高燕山大学的学生事务管理水平。
[Abstract]:As an important part of university management, student affairs management plays an irreplaceable role in achieving the goal of talent cultivation. Nowadays, student affairs management is facing a great challenge in the period of social transformation. It is urgent to renew the concept of management in the field of thought, to define the way of work in the field of behavior, and to innovate the mode of management. To carry out the work of student affairs management in colleges and universities, we should not only study with an open mind, conscientiously study the advanced experience and beneficial practices in the world, treat them differently, but also base ourselves on the reality of domestic colleges and universities, actively explore and innovate boldly. From the perspective of counselors' work, this paper probes into the new mode of student affairs management under the new situation in order to improve and perfect the current student affairs management in colleges and universities. First of all, clear research object, related concepts and theories. This paper provides theoretical support for the improvement and innovation of college student affairs management mode through the elaboration of the management mode of college student affairs, the objective management and the system of university counselors. Secondly, the present situation analysis, discovers the question. On the basis of deeply analyzing the management mode of student affairs at home and abroad, this paper points out the necessity and urgency of constructing the management mode of student affairs in colleges and universities in China in the new period. Thirdly, put forward the idea and build the model. By analyzing the feasibility of applying objective management in college student affairs management, this paper forms the basic idea of university student affairs objective management, and then sets up the organization of university student affairs target management in our country. From the three processes of setting up the target system, implementing the goal management and evaluating the target management, this paper makes a concrete construction of the target management mode of the university student affairs in our country. Finally, empirical analysis. This paper sets up the organization of student affairs management in Yanshan University by using the established target management mode of student affairs, and designs and develops the "Management Information system of Student Affairs objectives in Yanshan University", which sets goals and implements them, respectively. In order to improve the management level of student affairs in Yanshan University, four modules of achievement evaluation and incentive are designed.
