英国职前教师教育实践能力培养中的伙伴合作模式研究

【摘要】：随着科学技术的快速发展,国际间的竞争越来越激烈,然而世界范围内综合国力的较量,很大程度上取决于人才培养的质量,因此,世界各国都极其重视教育在国家发展中的重要战略地位,要想提高教育质量就必须重视教师及教师的培养。长期以来我国教师教育领域面临着理论脱离实践的问题,培养出来的教师教育实践能力低下不能满足实际教学的需求,从而制约了我国教师质量乃至整体教育水平的提高。英国伙伴合作模式强调职前教师培养的实践性,通过加强大学和中小学之间的伙伴合作关系来培养职前教师,大大增强了中小学在职前教师培养中的作用,使职前教师的教育理论和实践得到了有效的结合。通过这种模式培养出来的教师具有较强的教育实践能力,能够较好的适应实际教育教学需要,对我国师范生教育实践能力的培养具有很大的借鉴意义。本文全面分析了英国伙伴合作关系模式的形成、运行及效果,旨在探讨该模式促进教育理论和实践有机结合的规律与机制,以期对我国师范生培养有所启发,并在此基础对我国师范生培养提供参考和借鉴。在结构上,本文共分六部分。第一是导论部分,主要阐述研究缘起、相关文献综述以及研究思路与方法；第二,对英国职前教师教育实践能力的培养进行了阐释；第三,简要介绍了英国职前教师教育实践能力培养中的伙伴合作模式的形成背景；第四,从伙伴合作模式的形态及构成、课程设置、教学指导和质量保证四个方面,系统探讨了该模式的运行现状；第五,从英国职前教师教育伙伴合作模式的特点、实施效果及存在的问题,对英国伙伴合作模式实施以来产生的影响进行了评析；最后,结合我国目前师范生教育中存在的不足,探讨了英国伙伴合作模式给我们的启示和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, international competition is becoming more and more fierce. However, the contest of comprehensive national strength in the world depends to a great extent on the quality of personnel training. Countries all over the world attach great importance to the important strategic position of education in the national development. In order to improve the quality of education, we must attach importance to the training of teachers and teachers. For a long time, the field of teacher education in our country has been facing the problem that the theory is divorced from practice. The low practical ability of teacher education can not meet the needs of practical teaching, which restricts the improvement of the quality of teachers and even the whole level of education in our country. The British partnership model emphasizes the practicability of pre-service teacher training. By strengthening the partnership between universities and primary and secondary schools, pre-service teachers are trained, which greatly enhances the role of pre-service teachers in primary and secondary schools. The educational theory and practice of pre-service teachers have been effectively combined. The teachers trained by this mode have strong educational practice ability, which can better meet the needs of actual education and teaching, and have great reference significance for the cultivation of normal college students' educational practice ability in our country. This paper comprehensively analyzes the formation, operation and effect of the partnership model in Britain. The purpose of this paper is to probe into the law and mechanism of promoting the organic combination of educational theory and practice, in order to enlighten the training of normal students in our country. And in this foundation to our country normal school student training provides the reference and the reference. In terms of structure, this paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly expounds the origin of the research, literature review and research ideas and methods; second, the training of pre-service teachers' educational practice ability is explained; third, This paper briefly introduces the forming background of the partnership mode in the training of pre-service teachers' practical ability in education in the UK. Fourthly, it introduces the form and composition of the partnership mode, curriculum design, teaching guidance and quality assurance. This paper systematically discusses the current situation of this model. Fifth, it analyzes the impact of the partnership model since its implementation from the characteristics, effect and existing problems of the partnership model of pre-service teacher education in the United Kingdom. Combined with the deficiency of normal students' education in our country, this paper probes into the inspiration and reference of the British partnership mode to us.
