【摘要】:随着时代和经济的发展大学毕业生已经逐渐成为人才资源中重要的组成部分。随着近些年逐步深入的教育改革和持续扩招的高校招生,通过市场机制分配高校人才已经成为人才配置的主要手段。通过市场科合理地配置大学人才已经成为我国人力资源有效配置重要的组成部分,并日益成为新时代经济、社会与文化发展的关键因素。 在当前高等院校极速扩招的背景下,大学生的就业问题逐步暴露出来。随着大学生就业问题的日益凸显,引起了整个社会的广泛关注,各领域学者的研究重心也逐渐偏向大学生就业问题。目前我国学者对于大学毕业生就业政策的研究局限在两个方面——第一、大学毕业生的就业难问题;第二、大学毕业生就业质量较低。 以上两个问题揭示出我们国家近些年高等教育的发展与经济、社会和文化的发展是不协调的。由于高等教育的发展与经济、社会和文化的发展脱节导致了大学生就业难和质量低等问题的发生。通过研究发现,大学生的个人就业能力、心理素质以及大学生的个人价值观等主观因素和经济发展形势、用人单位的需求情况以及人才市场的成熟度等客观条件都会对大学生的就业造成影响。对于以上问题的研究,有助于了解各个因素对于大学生就业的影响程度,具有理论和现实两方面意义。 为进一步了解当前就业政策对应届毕业生的就业行为、就业能力和就业机会之间所造成的影响,,以及当前就业政策中所存在的问题,本研究运用定量与定性分析结合的研究方法,并通过对北京地区高校2009届应届毕业生以及相关用人单位的问卷调查,系统、全面、深入地剖析大学生就业政策。 本研究的重点是大学生就业政策,通过对北京市大学毕业生就业的分析,针对大学生就业政策提出可行性的建议,并且提出三个研究假设:第一是针对北京地区大学毕业生的就业预期和就业选择的分析提出相关的政策建议;第二是通过对大学生就业能力的分析来提出相关的政策建议;第三是通过对大学生的自我评价与就业相关分析的对比,提出相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of times and economy, college graduates have gradually become an important part of talent resources. With the gradual reform of education and the continuous enrollment of colleges and universities in recent years, the distribution of talents through the market mechanism has become the main means of talent allocation. The rational allocation of university talents through marketing has become an important part of the effective allocation of human resources in China, and has increasingly become a key factor in the development of economy, society and culture in the new era. Under the background of the rapid expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the employment problem of college students is gradually exposed. With the increasingly prominent employment problem of college students, the whole society has paid close attention to it, and the research focus of scholars in various fields is also gradually biased towards the employment problem of college students. At present, the research on the employment policy of college graduates in China is limited to two aspects: first, the employment of college graduates is difficult; second, the quality of employment of college graduates is low. The above two problems reveal that the development of higher education in our country in recent years is not in harmony with the development of economy, society and culture. Because of the disconnection between the development of higher education and economy, the development of society and culture, the employment of college students is difficult and the quality is low. Through the research, it is found that the subjective factors and economic development situation of college students, such as their personal employment ability, psychological quality and college students' personal values, The demand of employers and the maturity of the market will affect the employment of college students. The research on the above problems is helpful to understand the influence of various factors on the employment of college students, which has both theoretical and practical significance. In order to better understand the impact of current employment policies on the employment behaviour of recent graduates, the relationship between employability and employment opportunities, and the problems existing in current employment policies, This study uses the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the research method, and through the Beijing University graduates and related employers of the 2009 class of questionnaires, a systematic, in-depth analysis of employment policies for college students. The focus of this study is the employment policy of college students. Through the analysis of the employment of university graduates in Beijing, the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the employment policy of college students. And put forward three research hypotheses: first, to analyze the employment expectation and employment choice of university graduates in Beijing; second, to put forward the relevant policy recommendations through the analysis of college students' employability. The third is the comparison of self-evaluation and employment-related analysis of college students, and put forward relevant policy recommendations.
