我国高校自主招生与大学精英教育研究

【摘要】：大学亘古不变的使命就是选拔并培养优秀人才,而追求精英教育自然在任何时代都不会过时,因此,研究与发展大学精英教育就显得尤为必要。特别是在以精英人才为竞争核心的当今世界,一个国家想要屹立世界强林而不倒,就要高举精英教育的旗帜,培养一大批拔尖人才。但综观现实,我国高等教育在培养拔尖人才方面,尤其是在培养创新型的国际精英人才方面,常为社会有关人士所诟病。自主招生制度在一定范围内有利于选拔并培养出拔尖创新人才,这完全契合了精英教育的发展要求。所以在理论和实践领域,探索自主招生同精英教育内在关联,找寻在自主招生新形势下精英教育的前进道路就显得十分必要。本文采用多种研究方法,分析我国高校自主招生与精英教育实际操作中存在的问题,并借鉴国外自主招生与大学精英教育相对成功的经验,开展对我国自主招生制度与大学精英教育发展性研究,笔者认为,自主招生制度要有利于促进大学特色办学、学生潜能的最佳发挥、现代大学制度与精英教育的发展、促进大学实现内涵发展；自主招生制度要制定灵活性的录取标准；自主招生制度要有监督机制及相关法规建设。
[Abstract]:The eternal mission of universities is to select and train outstanding talents, and the pursuit of elite education will not be out of date at any time, so it is necessary to research and develop elite education in universities. Especially in today's world in which elite talents are the core of competition, if a country wants to stand strong in the world without falling, it must hold high the banner of elite education and train a large number of top talents. However, in view of the reality, higher education in our country is often criticized by people concerned in the society in terms of training top talents, especially in cultivating innovative international elite talents. The independent enrollment system is beneficial to the selection and cultivation of the top innovative talents in a certain range, which completely accords with the development requirements of elite education. Therefore, in the field of theory and practice, it is necessary to explore the internal relationship between independent enrollment and elite education, and to find the way forward of elite education under the new situation of independent recruitment. This paper uses various research methods to analyze the problems existing in the practice of independent enrollment and elite education in colleges and universities in our country, and draws lessons from the relative success experience of foreign independent enrollment and elite education. The author holds that the independent enrollment system should be helpful to promote the characteristic running of universities, the best display of students' potential, the development of modern university system and elite education. To promote the development of university connotation, the independent enrollment system should establish flexible admission standards, and the independent enrollment system should have supervision mechanism and related laws and regulations.
